Affordable Spring break specials on beautiful Dauphin Island

Dauphin Island is your quite getaway you've been looking for…..Our home is located on the East end of the island nestled in the pines. Conveniently located, close to everything. The island has mom and pop shops, restaurants, an estuarium, historic Fort Gaines, bike trails, audubon bird sanctuary, fishing, beaches and glorious sunsets. There is a ferry that can take you to Gulf Shores so that you can enjoy even more of our Gulf Coast.
Our Master bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The other 2 rooms have queens. There is also a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.. Stocked with fresh towels and linens. Enjoy the breezes on the large front porch, or cook out on the downstairs patio. We know that you'll love our house and your stay at Dauphin Island as much as we do. Monthly rates available. Property is great for snowbirds.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The trash is picked up on early Tuesday mornings. Best to take out on Monday evenings. If you happen to be staying within the week and there is a Tuesday please go ahead and take it out. Thank you.
Please be sure to close all blinds and lower them. Also be sure to put the key back in the lock box. Please put the AC back on 75.Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning and to have furniture moved back to its original spot.

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean and in a quiet area. So peaceful. It was the perfect size for our family and was close to the East End Beach. I highly recommend renting bikes on the island if staying here. Lots of great bike trails near by. Also the inshore fishing on “The Duke”. My kids loved it. This house was perfect for enjoying all the island’s amenities!!!

fishing trip

My son and I recently stayed at this house for a Dauphin Island fishing trip. The location was excellent, less than 1 mile from the boat ramp. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back soon.

Quiet and beautiful retreat

We absolutely loved this home! We took a shorter trip to the island than usual and chose a house instead of a condo and this house couldn't have been more perfect. So perfect that we're hoping to stay in this exact home again next year! The home has everything you need if you like to cook meals. The beds were all very comfy and so were the pillows. Plenty of starter items- such as trash bags, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The owners were quick to a response when I had a question and were very kind! A beautiful home on a beautiful island!

Girls’ Weekend

This property was just right for our weekend on Dauphin Island. The location is ideal - just a block off the main road but still in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all 6 of us as well as for 4 vehicles and a well stocked kitchen made it very accommodating. Definitely would book again.

Relaxing Family Retreat

We found the property to be very clean and clutter free. Plenty of parking and the location is perfectly central to all the local things to do during a stay on the island. The appliances were all in good working order and the kitchen was large and bright and perfect for creating a stay home family dinner. The large dining table was perfect for family board games and the recliners were ideal for those after the beach naps. We will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Home away from home

This is our second time staying at this property. It has all the amenities that you need to make for an easy stay. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are all supplied. Pick up groceries at the Walmart before you get to the island so you won’t have to leave after arriving. The grill also works really good, just make sure to clean it out so the air can flow good through it. Being centrally located on the island makes for a short drive to everything.

Great Time

Overall. The house was very good. Only needs special touches such as starter coffee and soap. The storm doors front and back were broke and would not shut completely. Working elevator would have been a plus as there were two seniors. Otherwise the house was clean and comfortable

Peaceful
