Great family vacation

Central location to make it to Point Pelee National Park and Pelee Island. Kids were able to get to Seacliff park on their own as well - which provided lots of evening adventures for them as well.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the cottage. It is in an excellent location and the cottage was fully equipped with everything you need and more. The park pass was a nice bonus and after a full day out it was nice to come back and relax at the cottage. Wish we had more time to spend there but we will be back.

The cottage was great and had everything needed for a weekend getaway for two and our dog. We loved the close access to Seacliff Park and Beach. We came here to be closer to Point Pelee National Park and loved the closeness as well as the park pass provided! The cottage was clean and well stocked, with everything we could ask for!

Cute little cottage located in a quiet Leamington neighbourhood. Short walk to park and lake. Point Pelee is only a few kilometres away.We would happily stay here again.

Great little cottage, exactly as listed. Very family friendly with so many amenities on site. We loved the board games on a rainy day, and the 5 minute walk to the lake, playground, and local stores. Everything was walkable. Having the washer/dryer was a big plus too. Point peele is only a short drive away and made for a great excursion. Host was very friendly, and ensured we had what we needed before we arrived. Cottage was bright and cozy, stocked with all essentials. I would 100% book again

We rented here to be close to the park and beach. And it is a 4-minute walk, so that was perfect. We also wanted to be close to Point Pelee, so we really appreciated that pass that was supplied. There are restaurants also within walking distance. The house was clean and well equipped. I took a star off for the poor condition of the BBQ. We were hoping to use it for dinner but shut it off quickly when we saw parts so rusted that they were disintegrating before our eyes. I must admit, that was disappointing.

Great beach neighborhood

Really great beach neighborhood, super short walk to the playground, splashpad and beach. Can also walk to a couple restaurants. We walked to the marina for live music, too. Couple things - basic paper products were minimally provided, so its a good idea to bring toilet paper, napkins, maybe even paper plates (no dishwasher-especially good idea with kids as dishes are heavy glass). Yard is fenced in for dogs. The wagon provided is good for small kids riding in, but hard to haul stuff because of the built in seats. Overall, really nice spot.

Boho Cottage Leamington

We had a wonderful stay in this Leamington cottage, it was our first time in this area. The cottage is central to all amenities and is in a quiet neighborhood. Very nearby to beaches, and the ferry dock both in Leamington, and approximately 15 away from Kingsville. Definitely recommend a visit to Pelee Island. Approximately 15 minutes to the National Park, very convenient that the host lends a family pass to visitors. The cottage has all dishes, towels, linens and other items necessary for the stay.

Lovely cottage

We were very impressed with the Lake House in Leamington. It's a modernized cottage with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and bed linens and plenty of plush white towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. There's also a barbecue. We especially loved the separate sunny dining room. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and pier. A great place to relax and close to wineries, Point Pelee National Park, and other attractions.

Leamington cottage

The cottage is very sweet and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great windows with good screens throughout each room and in a tranquil setting for a very relaxed and easy vacation. The cottage is as described and feels even prettier in person. Lots of games in the cupboard for rainy days. Our host, Erin, was very responsive. We didn’t use the outdoors spaces but we did see a nice private back yard for those who would want to be outdoors in the summer evenings ahead.

Cute and Cozy

We were very pleased with how cute and clean this property was. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper (our last VRBO we had 3 bathrooms and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 weeks) and towels etc were of really good quality. There were some really nice touches such as laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets and coffee and an array of teas. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Sorry to the owner, I couldn't find the info to contact you when we left at 9:30. We left it pretty clean so there wouldn't have been a whole lot to do. Again, sorry. We had a really good time.
