Nuevo Vallarta is a picturesque beachfront destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Just minutes from the property, you’ll find water sports, a bike rental, and a world-class golf course. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching (seasonally), or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.
Getting Around:
The property is about 8.5 km | 5.3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the home at least 7 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
