This stylish and spacious home is perfect for groups, corporate organization and multi-family trips. This beautiful home is close to all amenities. It is located about 3 minutes' drive to Anthony Henday, and this makes it possible to explore different parts of the city. This is a dream home away from home to unite as a group or family.

Please, note: The basement is occupied and rented separately. It is a legal suite and has it's own furnace, laundry, appliances etc. Nothing is shared between the Main floor and the basement. You can also rent the whole house, including the basement if available.

No pets allowed. Events are not allowed. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if not respected.

No smoking is allowed inside any area of this home. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if you smoke inside the house.

Roomy with open floor plan

Easy check-in, great layout and space. Good for a larger group if needed and great for my elderly father as there's a bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main level.

A great stay!

The house had 4 rooms so everyone in the family had their own room and with 3 bathrooms people could easily get ready for the day. The kitchen was nice and made it easy to store/prepare food allowing us to not have to eat out for all meals.The house was clean though some small marks from people moving in/out and or using it. Had some construction noise but that will go away when the subdivision is completed. Overall a great rental which we would use again if/when staying in Edmonton.

Great location and home

The location was perfect for my stay in Edmonton. The easy access to the Henday, the walking distance from the wedding reception we were there to attend and the smoothness to access the other parts of the north/northwest end we were going to was the best! The home was as described and clean and beautifully put together. The 3 bathrooms were great for myself and my 4 children to avoid a lot of sharing. The only thing I would mention is that parking is tight both on the road and in the garage. I drive a full size pickup and it did not fit in the garage, and was tough to park on the street depending on the time of day I was coming and going from. Henrietta was a dream to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

The McConachie Tree Stand, located in the centre of the neighbourhood, provides a sustainable natural area to explore and enjoy. With green spaces and parks no more than 500m from your front door, there’s always something interesting to explore.

McConachie Heights is named after Grant McConachie, a pioneering Canadian bush pilot and aviation entrepreneur who lived in Calder (now a part of west-central Edmonton). His work in the aviation industry allowed Edmonton to become a hub for flights throughout western North America and, eventually, to Europe, Asia, and South America. His endeavours contributed to Edmonton’s explosive growth in the first half of the 20th century, making it one of the largest cities in the country.

McConachie Heights is part of a strong foundation including grocery stores minutes away and the brand-new K-9 school on the main drive, but there's even more to come – including the McConachie Crossing shopping centre, another school, and extensions of the sprawling green spaces surrounding the neighbourhood.
