The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Great spaces, well laid out, nice flow, clean. We were there to ski and we utilized the shuttle service- they met us at the top of the driveway and dropped us off at the top of the driveway. The house was plenty warm, well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Tiana was our point of contact and she was phenomenal. We already can’t wait to book for next year!

The property and the house were very clean. The pictures on the website are accurate and the house was even better than we expected. Plenty of parking, lots of dishes, pots and pans, and every kitchen tool you could need. The views are spectacular. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect gathering place for a big family

We loved our time staying in this house with our children and grandchildren. Lots of space for everyone to gather for meals and hanging out. The views were spectacular from the deck and the main living area. Very clean. Beautiful kitchen. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this property! Check-in was seamless, communication with the host was easy and accessible, and the house itself was incredible. We had 8 kids with us and they LOVED the bunk room. They were sad to leave after our 5-night stay because the beds were so comfortable! We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The couch was massive and all 13 people in our group could fit on it with room to spare! We loved this place and would gladly stay here again. Perfect for families!

Brianhead's best

Wonderful property large rooms, plentiful beds, and chef's kitchen. Even has a heated driveway! Our first time here, we have done brianhead every year. It's indeed better than the rest, I'm sure the you will be pleased.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Beautiful property, comfortable beds for all, nice open kitchen. The host was very responsive. The basement unit was occupied but the folks staying there were nice. The shuttle came right to the house. Awesome sledding next to the house. Heated driveway and big garage made it easy to get in/out. We would stay here again!

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. The photos truly did the place justice and it was an amazing home for 3 families to use for the weekend. The bunk beds for the kids were perfect, and the individual bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond adequate and made food prep just delightful. No one in the 3 parties had any complaints and the host was readily available to answer questions and help with very minor questions.

Amazingly beautiful!

Just as advertised. The house is fantastic. High end appliances, flooring, bathrooms. Very well stocked with everything you may need. Lots of room for the groceries we bought. We had a great time sitting in the living room, watching the sunset and watching movies. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Phenomenal views! Perfectly set up with massive living room/kitchchen for late night family conversations and games in front of the fireplace. A thousand beds. Spotlessly clean. Ideal property. The only thing that could have made it better would have been the option of using the downstairs (basement). Our family has a ton of kids and not having a quiet place to send the rowdy teens, left a lot of shared noise. However, the place was super well-apportioned, great beds, lots of open space, seating, and comfort. We loved it and would book it again in a second.

Perfect Cozy Cabin

We visit Brian Head every year for a family snowboarding trip, and this place has been our favorite by far. Everything about it is top notch—the cleanliness, the spacious layout, the cozy atmosphere, access to a garage, the perfect sledding hill and ample room for hanging snow clothes and snowboards. Truly, not a single complaint. Our host was also wonderful! When our original cabin canceled on us just a day before our trip, we booked this place last minute. Despite the short notice, our host made sure the cabin was ready for us and even accommodated an early check-in, making everything seamless. While it was larger than we initially needed, we’re not sure we could ever stay anywhere else again!

Beautiful house! Was very clean! There were two great spaces to gather, so it was nice that the kids could gather in one place and the adults in another. My only complaint would be the pillows and the sheets. For this high-end of a house I would expect better quality sheets. They were very itchy. The pillows felt like three dollar Walmart pillows.

Amazing Property

This property was amazing. Everything was super comfortable and well stocked. Took a minute to find things in the kitchen, but only cause it was so spacious! We stayed three families and the place could not have been more perfect. We truly never wanted to leave! The only thing to note is that the 4th master bedroom is not connected to a bathroom so if you are staying as 4 families, two groups of adults would have to share. The bunk room and loft were perfect for all the kids and the main living space had the biggest couch I have ever seen! Pictures really don’t do this place justice. Sunrise and sunset were both spectacular from the same view. We loved every minute of being there.

Wow! Amazing Stay!

Have you ever looked at the top of Navajo Express and wondered who was living in that amazing house up there! Yes, this is that house. It was immaculate. Communication was very easy with the owner. The kitchen had everything you could need. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everything is basically brand new. There was a 2 car attached garage and a ton of additional space in the driveway to make loading and unloading easy. The only things missing that would turn this 99/100 into a 100 out of 100 were hangers in the closets and a coat rack for our ski jackets. We would stay here every time we come to Brianhead if it's available.
