About this property

Large Family Bach with Games room and Wifi. Pet friendly!

A Modern holiday home with 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges and 2 bathrooms. Various separate sleeping and living areas comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

A lovely outdoor area with a large deck and lawn is fully fenced. The beach is a 7-10 min walk. Modern furnishings make this a 'home away from home' for family & friends.

There is also a games room with a table tennis table.

The main house has two lounges, kitchen, two bathrooms, a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and two singles.

External access to upstairs large bedroom encompassing a Queen plus two Single beds.
A separate dwelling holds a bedroom with Queen bed and couch as well as a separate games room with table tennis table.

Pauanui is a fun and enjoyable beach location with a number of helpful shops, cafes, restaurants, a library, an air-strip, mini golf, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and a skate park.

NB: Like most properties in Pauanui, there is no linen service. Linen requirements will be emailed to you prior to your stay :)

Family Beach Hop Getaway

We loved the location of this property and the bedroom spaces worked well for our family. The teens loved having a space seperate to the main house. Communication was excellent. We would stay again :)

Getaway gem

Located in the lovely town of Pauanui, you’ll find this hidden gem big enough to fit the whole family plus some. Comfortable like home and walking distance to the beach and shops, short drive to the lagoon. The host, Anna was amazing with her communication with me, adding in extra detail to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

Ideal for our extended family group - Great outside living space for BBQ and summer meals. Separate room areas for our 4 clusters worked out very well.Kitchen well set up and worked well.Location nice and close to surf beach and calm swimming in the estuary for the kids,

Property is great - Just wasn't clear that 2 of the bedroom rooms were external access only. Hardly a major issue.

Fabulous beach house

We had a wonderful time with our family. This house is well equipped and has so many beds . Great outdoor area to eat and bbq . Nice lawn area. Was fabulous to be able to bring our dog. Games room with lots to do and awesome to have 3 bikes there . Would highly recommend!

Great large home capable of sleeping 12 guests.

We loved our stay at Anna's house. We went for the weekend to celebrate my 70th Birthday and it was perfect. There were 12 of us and we all had lovely beds and sleeping areas. It was also great having 2 lounges and a fenced safe garden off the terrace. It was very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. I can definitely recommend staying at Anna's home to enjoy all that Pauanui has to offer. Also a huge plus was that we could take our 2 small dogs, that was a huge bonus. Thank you Anna!
