The only issue was with the door not locking after being closed...and we saw a few roaches/bugs in the guest bathroom...and we didnt see a plunger. I would recommend and vacation here again..

The view from this corner unit is amazing

When we were looking for a place for a quick family beach trip this kept appearing as a top option. After narrowing our search and selecting this unit we were pleasantly surprised when we saw it in person. The living room has a wall of windows overlooking the beach. There were 2 balconies, one overlooking the beach, and another overlooking the strip. Many great dining and shopping options within an easy walk from the unit. The bedrooms were all a nice size, the living and dining room were spacious, and the kitchen worked well for our needs. This is related more to the building than the rental itself, but with 2 elevators serving 26 floors the wait for a ride up or down sometimes got lengthy. Nothing we would complain about, or that anyone can fix, just longer than usual wait during peak hours. Very nice property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good trip. However, we were not able to use the indoor or outdoor pools and were told they would be available. We knew construction was taking place but not aware the beach access walk-way would be closed the last part of our stay.

Enjoyable. The condo kitchen was pretty well equipped and the layout was enjoyable.

Only issues; the living room has an east facing wall of windows that do not have curtains or shades of any kind. This makes for a beautiful view, BUT the air conditioner struggled to keep the unit below 75° during the day. Some form of retractable shades or something should be considered to assist with climate control. Also, the first bedroom shower/bath has little to no water pressure. The other two were fine. Overall, I could recommend this unit for future stay.

Disappointing

Had bugs in master bath & hall bath. Couldn’t get in ocean first few days due to wind & pool was closed for maintenance so no water access. Fitness room was extremely disappointing. Neither bike worked & 1 treadmill was broken & had “caution” tape wrapped around it. Our 2 year in this condo but probably won’t stay there again.

Enjoyed our family time

We loved having the corner condo. Great views. The condo was as it was described on the web site. Except it wasn't clear that you have to rent your chairs and umbrella's. This was new to us. (we go to Mexico and the Caribbean they always have these where we stay). When it said beach services we thought cocktails, parasailing and other water sports. LOL We had a few issues. We like to cook and the largest burner on the stove didn't work. They also need larger skillets for a party of 6 or 8. had plenty of other stuff. There was mold on the shower curtain in the guest room bathroom. The throw rug on the balcony needs to be replaced or thrown away. It's coming apart and someone just turned it over! REALLY...All in all we had a great family visit.

Wonderful Vacation

We recently stayed this property managed by Southern Vacation Rentals, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities one could ask for during a vacation in Gulf Shores. I'll just highlight a few aspects that might be helpful for future guests, based on some other reviews I had read prior to our stay. There are plenty of 4-wheel carts available to load your gear to and from your car to the unit. The Parking Garage is tight, but doable. We had a minivan and had to park on the 4th level. The elevators in the building were efficient, but only the ground lobby had floor indicators. On other floors, you need to stand in the middle and glance from side to side to identify the arriving elevator. During peak times there might be a wait or a full elevator to consider. We opted for Publix Delivery for our grocery needs on the first day, It made settling in a breeze. We utilized Suncoast Beach Service for chair and umbrella rental. After a quick check-in with the attendant, everything was set up for us for the entire stay. As for the neighbors, they were all respectful and quiet. My only complaint was the consistent smell of weed from a lower balcony. Not pleasant to me. Our stay exceeded expectations I'd highly recommend this rental for a delightful vacation experience in Gulf Shores.

Beautiful and well-maintained. Loved the views and it was a GREAT location - close to everything!

A fantastic condo with a beautiful kitchen. Living room views were spectacular with the floor to ceiling windows throughout! Same great view from the master bedroom. Other bedrooms had view of lagoon side and balconies that faced each other. There was also a huge laundry room with new, HE washer and nice dryer. Only room for improvement inside the unit would be to have a better toaster and to get rid of appliances that are not working (there were 2 coffee makers - one worked and the other did not). I used the workout facility on the 4th floor a couple of times. There is a need to update some of that equipment but I was still able to run on the working treadmill and lift some weights (even if the weight machines squeaked a bit and seemed a little rusty). The elavators were efficient but a little strange. There are two; one located on the east side and the other on the west and they are divided by moving traffic in the parking area. With that said, when you call an elevator it may come to either side and you may have to hustle to board it. We weren’t sure why each elevator didn’t have its own designated button. It was a little confusing at first. The location of the complex was perfect and within walking distance to The Hangout and other restaurants and shops. It was also convenient to have beach chair rentals available! Overall, a great place for a beach vacation!

Only one elevator working

Only one elevator working out of two. The wait to get on the elevator can be long. Beach access was easy. Pool was nice. Lots of room in the condo.

Perfect condo right on a beautiful beach (so convenient). Spacious, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms

Right on the beach & we loved how convenient this was, very short walk. Large kitchen, easily sits 10 to eat. 3 bedrooms (2 king beds & 1 queen bed), 3 full bathrooms Nice balconies and the views are amazing!! Would recommend to anyone. This condo was on the 13th floor. We did wait on the elevators at times, but for us, this was not a problem. We found the best time, least busy time to beach was 3-8pm.

Updated & Perfect Location

From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out we felt taken care of and safe. The beach access is wonderful. Pool immaculate. Security staff super helpful. We had questions regarding an extra parking pass because we traveled in 2 cars and only one was located in the unit. I texted Southern Rentals and they had one delivered before we were back from the beach that day. I will say the door was a little tricky. It takes entering the code a couple times to get it to work. You will know the code is being entered and accepted if it beeps as you are pushing the numbers. And yes you need a check on the end. 🥰 This unit is beautiful. The views are spectacular. They say they don’t provide comforters but we found the coverlets plenty warm as they are like quilts. Thank you for such an easy, worry free stay. Keep up the good work!!!
