Discover what vacation dreams are made of at Emerald Dreams, a private vacation home in Destin, Florida. With 2,500 square feet of living space, a spacious, fenced yard complete with a private pool and so much more, this home is the perfect choice for guests looking to relax and enjoy their vacation together. Featuring four bedrooms, a bonus room, and a 3rd floor loft area, this open floor plan can comfortably sleep 12 guests.

You will find the main living space on the first floor with enough space for the entire group to hang out and spend quality time together. The main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and full-sized appliances. All of the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes are located in your kitchen. Spend your evening whipping up a home-cooked meal, delicious cocktail, or decadent dessert. After dinner, lounge in the living room with your favorite movie playing on the recently installed 70-inch smart tv, or head to one of four decks in the house to take in the beautiful Crystal Beach neighborhood.

Trust us when we say, you will spend most of your time outside when visiting this home. You’ll find plenty of seating, dining tables, and chairs outdoors to kick back and enjoy the weather. Savor in the beautifully landscaped backyard oasis, lounge on the pool deck while the kids splash in the water, swing in the hammock, relax at the outdoor bar and natural gas grill, or taking a refreshing swim in your own private pool, heating available upon request for an additional cost! At night, you will enjoy the multi-colored LED light show in the pool. The options are truly endless when it comes to relaxation.

If you are hoping to spend time on the beach, you are only a short block and a half or five-minute walk away! There’s also a private outdoor shower on the side of the house - perfect for rinsing off your feet after walking back from the beach. This vacation home is close by to tons of area excitement including the Destin Commons, grocery stores to stock up for your stay, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!

Great Family Home

We had a great time in Destin and at this house. The kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed the porch, the outside grill/kitchen area and the 2nd floor balcony for our morning coffee.

Fantastic layout on this home, very comfortable and spacious house and the soaker tub is very nice along with the top floor kids room. Great kitchen and well stocked with everything you will need for cooking and fantastic outdoor bbq! 2 blocks to the best beach! Items to Note if you stay here: The pool wasn’t heated (cost was additional 500/wk for heating) and there are no: warm blankets, shampoo, salt, coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, cleaning basics, etc. As long as you bring those along you will have an amazing stay at this incredible home.

It was great we really enjoy the stay

The only thing was that its really a 4 bed room not five, the supposely 5th bed room is inside the masters bed room not connected but inside, and the upstairs rest room tub is tooo slippery my daughter slip while trying to enter the tub, well over all it was a great experience and the family really enjoy the house and specialy the private pool. I would recommend the house and its minutes away from the beach.

We had a lovely stay!! The only weird concern was that none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked upstairs or downstairs. Other than that, property was very clean & our stay was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was not as long as I thought & you are within walking distance of a cutie little cafe!

Spring break getaway for 3 families

We spend 3 days at this lovely home. We had 3 families with children (aged 10 months to 16years old) stay here and we fit very comfortably. We had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend bringing spices (salt/pepper, oil etc) but had all the utensils needed. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it all day. Walking distance to a public access beach. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Beach Vacation May 2023

Overall I was happy with the place. Unrelated to the rental, if you're a beach person I would recommend getting to the beach early and setting up your spot because the area where you can stay (Public Access) is limted. Most of the places on the beach have somehow claimed/reserved the beach in front their property for their customers.

I really enjoyed my stay. Leading up to the trip and during the trip, management was very easy to contact for any questions. The home was beautiful, the pool was awesome, and I could literally walk to the beach! I will definitely reserve this home again. But PLEASE retire the living room set, it needs to be put out of its misery. 😉

Great House

House was wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Public beach access is terrible in this area though. The roped off beach areas for hotels and condos has ruined the beach experience for house rental. Loved the house but sorry to say I’ll never return to Destin

Awesome house...........

WOW, what a great house and location, I will definitely be coming back to this one for sure. This house is beautiful! We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was truly heated. It was amazing!!!! The neighborhood was also beautiful and the beach was literally one longer block down, so close: the beach was beautiful with white sand. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the location see you soon .

Beautiful house - Awesome pool area

Our family of 12 people had a great time at Emerald Dreams! We really enjoyed the backyard pool area! The house was very clean and everyone had plenty of room. The decor was very nice and beachy and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t cook, but the outdoor grill area was really nice with the bar and would be great for cooking out by the pool. We ended up driving and parking at the Crab Trap for the beach. We usually eat seafood when we are here but we tried the Italian restaurant in the shopping plaza right across the road

Pool was the best and a must have. My 21 and 22yr olds loved the bikes. Everything about house excellent.!tell others on ad that the 5th bunk beds room has a door but must enter through master bedroom. Need replacement tv in queen bedroom on 2nd floor. Excellent stay. Loved grill but no treless over grill as in picture.!

Property was very nice, clean, and had the perfect location. Just a few blocks from the beach plus a pool, can’t beat it. Only negative was the booking process, seemed to need way more information than most bookings.
