Pelican Beach Club

This property is a must stay. Great amenities, well trained and attentive staff and a secured location. Fantastic view of the Gulf and conveniently located. This is within walking distance of several great breakfast spots.

Clean Unit with Priceless View

The unit was exactly as described, and the view of the gulf could not have been better. The place was very clean too. We have stayed at Pelican Beach several times and love the location!

Our first time to Destin and it was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo could use a bit of a facelift. There were some mildew spots and peeling paint. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Great location & great view

Pros: Location within resort is great. Great front view of the beach. Bed was comfortable and resort itself was great! Only left twice the whole week! Beach service was great (300 for the week for 2 people front row) Cons: Don’t expect to check in a minute before 4pm! Couch in living room needs to be replaced as it’s broken (has been for a while according to previous reviews). They need tall top table & chairs on the balcony. You can’t see over the rail when you sit down on the balcony in current chairs.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised. The only suggestion, the sofa and patio furniture need updating, otherwise, this was a really good condo to celebrate my husband birthday! We'll be back!

Right on the beach. Clean property. Comfortable bed. It had everything we needed. They need to fix the lights in the hallway due to flickering, they never stopped. Overall great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Beach. It was very busy and the elevators always had a wait but the pools didnt feel terribly overcrowded. The unit we stayed in was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and i loved watching the Gulf from the balcony. The unit did not have scissors or a small paring knife so if that is something you need, make sure to pack it. I didnt really use any of the other cooking utensils besides plates and cups. The door in the bathroom definitely needs fixed, it scrapes the floor when you open and close it and the shower door creaks when opening and closing. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing place to stay!

Way above our expectations! The price was reasonable, we were right on the beach & in the middle of Destin, everything was within a 10 minute driving distance. The property was immaculately clean. We definitely will be back & hope to be able to stay here again. The only small hiccup we had was our room code needed reset but they were able to reset it within minutes with a phone call. We stayed for our honeymoon & it was perfect. There was also a tiki bar by the pool that was so convenient & delicious!
