About this property

Moira Lake - Lake Front Family Cottage - All Season Oasis

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great for swimming, boating and fishing in the summer and perfect for snowmobiling, skating and ice fishing in the winter. Located seconds from the trans Canada trail for hiking, ATV rides and snowmobiling. There is also a top notch skate park and playground minutes away.

THE SPACE:
Bedrooms are medium to large size and the living room and kitchen are a good size overlooking the deck and lake. The beds are made for your convenience with blankets, pillows. The kitchen is equipped with dishes. utensils, pots and pans. We have a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker. We also supply dish washer soap and laundry soap for the washer. We have dish towels etc.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You are approximately seven minutes from the village where you’ll find most necessities. We also have docking in front of cottage if needed.

A beautiful place and location situated right on a large lake and only a few minutes away from a town if anything is needed. Lots of outdoor seating space including two large seating areas. Carol Ann was available to assist with any questions with just a simple text. Check-in and check-out was simple. The cottage was a perfect size for the 4 adults and 3 children who visited. Definitely a place we would consider returning to again as an extended family.

Short Getaway

Nice, clean cottage, boat house deck was nice, small yard area, loose gravel on slope down to lake made it a little tricky (install steps maybe?), very convenient to town, kitchen lacking a few basic items, coffee maker and Keurig machine needed to be de-scaled. Overwise, enjoyable.

Excellent cottage, great value for a beautiful location

Beautiful area, porch and outdoor amenities were fantastic. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Nice large living and dining room to relax and eat. Fantastic price for such a lovely cottage. My only disappointment was that there were no towels, and the kitchen felt very bare bones. Overall though it was an excellent stay and I would absolutely come back!

Exactally what we expected

Our week was very hot but between the lake and the AC that worked really well and we were very comfortable. The cottage has everything we needed even if we didn't use it all. Lake was great to swim in with very little boat traffic. Highly recommended! Finnegan approved
