Property was clean and appeared as advertised. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Check in was a breeze and any questions asked were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was room for everyone.

Close to everything

We enjoyed staying in the home. Its close to mist things and only about 10-15 mins from the beach depending on traffic. It was quiet and comfortable however I did have several concerns. There are no extra security locks for the doors. There are only one lock per door and who knows how many people out there have a set of keys to the home. We really would have felt more secure if there was at least chains on the doors to lock from the inside. Also we had an issue with the bugs inside the house.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this house and its exterior appearance are desirable. It is close to the beach and shops. However, we had ongoing maintenance issues with toilets blocking, air conditioning breaking down, some electrical problems in storms. On the flipside, the maintenance team are very responsive but we felt like we were calling them in weekly to fix an issue. Gulf Blue Vacations are excellent to deal with.

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to parks with beautiful views of gulf, frisbee gulf, bike trails, fishing, and playgrounds. House was spacicious and exactly as described! We were at the beach in minutes. We enjoyed our nights on the back deck in peace and found ourselves truelly relaxed after our stay. We had 10 in our party and never felt cramped in this home! House was clean and inviting. Checking in and out was hasselfree and easy!!! This house feels like a true home away from home! I would recommend it to any family looking to be close to the beach, and within a short drive to all things fun!

Yellow house!

We stayed and property for 3 nights, bought food to cook in stove so it would be quick and easy and couldn’t even use the stove to bake anything. The minute you turned on the oven it was instant gas smell. The 3 sinks would get Clogged right away, stopper in tub was broke, sand was all throughout the house as if it wasn’t cleaned before. The dishwasher leaked when we turned it on. The ice machine didn’t work. Paid all that money to constantly have issues.

Reviewer Comments: This house was a good size, very clean, great location if you want to be in town and not on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. However, there were only a few towels and very used hand towels and wash clothes. We had a few issues that lead to some phone calls to Gulf Blue. There were men working in the yard when we arrived and throughout our stay often right outside bedroom windows. The cable wasn't working which lead to more people in and out of the house. The house itself was great. I just don't think details were paid attention to in preparation for guests arriving.

House was in a great location with quick access to both beach and shops. Pet Friendly. Great park for walking nearby. The only issues I had were a few roaches (2) and a slow moving drain in the downstairs main bathroom tub. I removed some hair clumps from the drain and it helped, but it still was not ideal. The deck out back was nice, but the yard itself was not well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in the little yellow house. It was spacious for a family of four and a dog. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood.

Cockroach and dirty sheets in a great location

Very disappointed with the Cleanliness of the property. The check in at 4pm and the check out at 9am was very inconvenient. Fire detector was missing. The location of the house was ok.
