Our fifth floor end unit features two balconies, with a view of Little Lagoon and our gorgeous pool courtyard. With tons of palm trees, and spectacular sunsets, you will feel as if you were in the tropics.

This condo sleeps 4 and has some recent updates. The living room has new queen sleeper sofa, recliner, flat screen tv and the bedroom has queen bed and small flat screen tv. We have vinyl plank flooring throughout, kitchen with granite countertops, seating for four with high table and barstools if you eat in.

For convenience, we have a washer and dryer ln the unit for all your laundry needs. With keyless entry, no keys to keep up with and you will receive code just prior to your trip. We also provide your own personal secured Wi-Fi , no sharing so its full strength!

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall along with a hot tub steps away. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset. The complex also has two lighted tennis / Pickleball courts and a shuffleboard . You must provide your own equipment.

For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $30 boat launch fee per vessel

There is a $30 per vehicle parking fee paid directly to the complex when you arrive.

One day before arrival There will be a $500 damage insurance hold placed on your card. Two days after checkout the hold is released if no damage. This is just a hold and card will NOT be charged.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You cannot beat this Deal Anywhere in Gulf Shores!

Wonderful stay

The condo is nicely updated and had everything you would need for your stay. Kathy is a great host and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay. Would highly recommend staying in this condo. The grounds are nicely kept and staff is very friendly. This is a family friendly complex and all around nice place to come and relax from the condo to the pool, pickle ball courts or the cornhole area all is right there.

Great Gulf Shores Getaway

This rental was perfect for my husband and I. Many of the other properties in the area are geared toward large families and require a 7-day stay for homes with 5+ bedrooms. This was perfect for us and the convenient beach access was the cherry on top.

NICE CONDO/GREAT LOCATION

CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE PULL OUT SOFA BED. YOU COULD FEEL EVERY SPRING IN THE MATTRESS. PERHAPS BUY AN FOAM EGG CRATE TO LAY ON TOP UNDER THE SHEETS WHEN THE BED IS MADE UP. THE BED IN THE BEDROOM WAS GREAT!
