Wonderful stay

Max, we have spent a wonderful week in your villa in Grimaud. We, a family of twelve between the ages of 8 and 73 have all enjoyed a well-equipped house with lovely views and a short walk to swimming in the sea. The lovely outdoor kitchen invited cooking and nice dinners, and in addition to the pool, table tennis was a very popular activity. We enjoyed our week together in the house. Thank you!

Our stay here was amazing! The house was beautiful and accommodating to our whole family. Maxime was attentive and tried to help with all our questions immediately. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool very much because the heater broke and couldn’t be fixed so it was cold. Max tried to get it it fixed but it wasn’t possible..However it was a dream vacation!

Great stay in Beauvallon

Max, you have an absolutely wonderful villa. As an extended family of 11 covering 3 generations ranging from 11 to 75 we all very greatly enjoyed our week’s stay. The interior decor of the villa is tasteful, pleasant and relaxing and there is ample accommodation. The gardens are a joy to experience with spectacular views from the terrace and pool across the gulf to Port Grimaud. The kitchen is spacious and combined with the covered outdoor area with pizza oven, barbecue, ice machine and wine chiller offers every opportunity for leisurely family dining. Our adventurous grandchildren also found lots to do in the area, ranging from rafting and canyoning to go-karting and jet-skiing. Many thanks, Max. We had a great holiday.

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden im Haus oberhalb von Grimaud. Die Zufahrt führt durch einen Golfplatz in eine sehr ruhige Hanglage. Für die tägliche Versorgung ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich. Das Anwesen ist großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig und sehr gut in der Verwendung. Der große Esstisch im geschmackvollen Esszimmer, die großzügige Küche und die Außenküche bieten genügend Platz und Möglichkeit, den Ausblick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez zu genießen. Das Haus hat Elektro-Heizungen, die in der kühlen April-Woche super funktioniert haben. Der Pool war gut geheizt und groß genug für die ganze Reisegruppe. Bei Fragen hilft der Eigentümer und seine bekannten umgehend und sehr freundlich. Es war eine sehr gelungene Woche in einem tollem Haus. Lediglich einige praktische Hinweise könnte man schriftlich im Haus hinterlegen (z.B. Müll, Nutzung der TVs oder des Pizzaofen) - das würde helfen. Highlight waren neben dem Blick, die herrlichen Zitronen und Orangen-Bäume. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die herrliche Villa liegt in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Golf von St. Tropez. Der Garten ist paradiesisch mit Palmen, Olivenbäumen, Zitronen-und Orangenbäumen und riesigen Agaven. Der wunderbare Pool ist groß genug für eine große Familie, auch der sich anschließende Rasen bietet gute Möglichkeit zum Spielen. Vom großen, überdachten Esstisch draußen als auch von der sehr geräumigen, modernen Küche hat man den großartigen Blick auf das Meer und gegenüberliegend auf St. Tropez.

Serge ist ein unkomplizierter, entgegenkommender und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet hervorragend Platz für 10 Personen. Freiraum für Alt und Jung. Küche, großer, heller Wohnbereich mit Kamin laden zum Miteinander ein. Viel Licht und romantische Sonnenuntergange runden das Paket ab. Hinzu kommen tolle Ausstattung, alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, großzügig ausgestattet und an alles gedacht. Das macht es komfortabel und easy, Urlaub beginnt mit dem Betreten des mediterranen Gartens. Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern (7-11 Jahre) und fünf Erwachsenen (47-83 Jahren) und wir blicken auf einen erholsamen, lustigen und bereichernden Urlaub in der Bucht von Saint Tropez zurück. Optimal für Familien

Das Haus war für uns optimal. Grosseltern, Töchter mit Partnern sowie den Kindern zwischen 4 Monaten und 18 Jahren und einem Hund . Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat war für uns die Voraussetzung. Die Küche ist sehr gross und hat zwei Kühlschränke, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Garten und der Pool, sowie die outdoor Ausstattung war tipptopp. Die Kommunikation mit Serge war von Anfang an sehr gut und schnell. Vielen Dank für die schönen Familienferien.

1 Woche mit Freunden

Wir waren im September 2021 mit Freunden (10 Personen) in der Villa. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit dem Vermieter verlief per WhatsApp total easy. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz für alle. Das Wetter war so toll, dass wir das geräumige Wohn- und Esszimmer gar nicht benutzt haben, sondern uns fast nur draußen am Pool und auf der geräumigen überdachten Terrasse aufgehalten haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez von außen und von fast allen Zimmern ist herrlich. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Gelungener Urlaub

Der Kontakt mit Serge war im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts und währenddessen sehr gut und hilfreich. Alle Fragen konnten zufriedenstellend beantwortet werden. Die Sauberkeit war gut, 1 Stern Abzug wegen unserem Barbecue-Grill und verstopftem Aussenküchenabfluss, welches wir beides schnell und problemlos selbst erledigt haben. Pool und Aussicht sind sehr angenehm. Alle Badezimmer verfügten über frische Tücher und sogar frisch aufgefüllten Seifenspendern! Klasser Service! Preis-Leistung stimmt insgesamt! Wir würden noch einmal buchen aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen

We like to create a friendly relation with our customers, whom we try to receive as well as possible. We are entrepreneur with my wife and take care to make so that you can spend very nice holidays. The swiming pool is clean 3 times a week so that the water of the swimming pool is clear and pleasant.

Why they chose this property

We built this house by passion of Provence and architecture, there to spend the vacancies with our children and our friends, and to ensure of the regular incomes allowing its maintenance under the best conditions. The services are looked after, and we ourselves drew the garden, the shape of the columns and the sponge cakes which ensure the aesthetic completion at the level of the bottom of the roof. That can appear to be a detail but it is important for the esthetics of a house Of Provence. The sight of night is splendid with the lights of the Gassin village and bay of Saint-Tropez. The garden understands three zones of interest: olive-trees centenaries, much of citrus fruits lemon trees and orange trees spreading a mild perfume and various species of palm trees.

What makes this property unique

The house is in the golf of Beauvallon between Holy Maxime and Saint-Tropez. You can play the golf and tennis. The rooms are roomy with their bathroom individual and spaces external around the swimming pool make it possible to benefit from space by looking at the sea. A large loggia covered with integrated barbecue, allows delicious meals in family and between friends. and the children can go on foot to the sea or tennis, a tunnel allowing to pass under the road of seaside. A shuttle boat starting from Holy Maxime joined Saint-Tropez all the 20mn and functions very late. Peace, quietude and activities, summarize this place.
