"Time to Chill" Binningup - Private & Peaceful location catering for all seasons
‘Time to Chill’ Binningup Beach will have you wound down in no time with its peaceful, private location on top of a hill in the old part of Binningup & a short walk (500mtrs) to the Beach.
The property has been lovingly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 1 x large bathroom with bath, shower & toilet and a second toilet. There is plenty of parking space & multiple outside areas to entertain, or just sit and relax and enjoy the Binningup serenity.
Hi speed WIFI is provided for work/pleasure.
The space
3 x bedrooms made of 2 x rooms with Queen beds & the 3rd room with 2 x trio bunk (single & double bed) beds. The house comfortably fits 8 people.
It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, Italian drip coffee, oven, induction 3 burner cooktop.
Outside is a Baby Q Webber BBQ & fire pit (seasonally allowed - please refer to council guidelines & bring your own firewood. Firewood can be purchased in bags locally at Caltex Myalup, Binningup General Store & Bunnings Australind.)
The house is stocked with all your bare holiday essentials starter supplies. You may need to top up supplies throughout your stay if your stay is longer or group larger.

- Enjoy a private beach location with 4WD access both North and South of the main beach
- Path to the beach is a short walk down Colback Street
- Meet our resident Kangaroo that frequents the street or possum in the Eucalyptus tree out the front
-Stargaze out the back at the firepit. When the moon is not bright or positioned away from the shed the stars are stunning!
- Launch your boat from the beach at the main beach boat ramp
- Beach fishing
- Enjoy dinner at the Bowls Club, Surf Club on a Friday night or takeaway from the General Store. (check seasonal trading hours)
- Take the kids for a play at the Pirate Ship playground at the main beach
- View the sunsets from one of the lookouts located within the dunes. Valentines Beach look out is a favourite amongst locals.
- Drive through the beautiful Ferguson Valley, stop at the wineries and view the amazing Wellington Dam giant mural. Autumn/Winter is beautiful.
- Play 18 holes of golf at Harvey Golf Club
- Try your hand at crabbing in the Australind Estuary
- Walk the Harvey Wildflower Ridge Walk
- Explore Harvey10 mins away (The Big Orange, Ha Ve Cheese, Old Coast Brewery, Brugan Brewery)
