About this property

Kelly's House excellent for contractors,families and pets

A lovely brick an tiled house.
Fully Self Contained.
4 bedrooms, if you include the Queen bed in the games room. Separate toilet and 1 bathroom.
Evaporative air conditioned in all rooms, fans and great tile fire for heating in Winter. There is a split system in the lounge and games room.

A great place to get away for the weekend, or a holiday down South.

Child and pet friendly, with secure back yard.

Also available for children are lots of games and toys to play with, and many movies to watch, plenty to keep the children amused.
A game of table tennis is a must, and great family tournaments can be a lot of fun on the table tennis.

A gas BBQ on the patio, with outside table and chairs to sit and relax on while listening to the birds and sipping on a glass of wine.

The driveway has room for 4/5 cars.
It is a pet friendly house .
There is a pet fee of $80 per pet, per stay. To be left on the bench on your departure.
It is a NON SMOKING house but you may smoke outside on the patio .

Tastefully furnished to give it a holiday feel, plenty of room to relax inside and outside.

THINGS TO DO

A 10 minute walk to Bunbury's beautiful Back Beach for swimming, surfing, or for a pleasant stroll on the beautiful white sands of The Famous Back Beach of Bunbury.

A short stroll to shopping centre, and Hands Oval football grounds for sporting events.

Only minutes to Hay Park Sports grounds, which has a beautiful Indoor swimming pool and gym area.

5 minute drive to CBD. or a 10 minute walk to the shopping Plaza.

The famous Cappuccino strip and the re noun Dolphin Discovery Center at
Koombana Bay Beach for swimming , these are a 5 minutes drive away.

The very Old and beautiful King Cottage tourist attraction ,numerous Wineries and Eatery's. Gnomesville is worth visiting.

The Chocolate and Cheese Factory.
The amazing , and interesting tourist town of Busselton is only a 40 minute drive away. There are many more exciting tourist sites to see.

Close to many take away shops ,fish and chip shop, pizza shop Nandos Joes Pitza and Bunbury's shopping Plaza.

AT THE HOUSE

We have a variety of toys for all ages.
A basket ball hoop, Table tennis, Children movies, and movies for all ages, cards, various board games and a Black board.
You can relax, while the children are occupied with plenty of things to do.

Long drive way for many cars.

BBQ, second fridge, fully contained .But to name a few.

Families can cost share, this makes holidays and weekends an affordable stay at Kelly's House.
Gnomesville is worth visiting. There is WiFi if you have your code for Netflixs.

Great base for a Bunbury stay

Kelly's house is oozing old style charm, the whole family inclusing our small dog enjoyed our stay. Aladins cave was a hit with the kids. Dayle is a great host with outstanding communication.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay and appreciated the secure back yard for our dog. She snoozed in the sun while we were out and thoroughly embraced the nearby off lead exercise area. We will be back next time we are in Bunbury.

Kellys House

Good location. Granddaughter loved the table tennis and toy room. Bathroom and kitchen could do with an upgrade but all in all an enjoyable house, even if the weather was really wet and windy. Really glad for the gas fire

A great cozy and comfortable home.

We headed there for some respite with a few mates and girlfriends and we really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable and the living areas were really great. It was so relaxing having a BBQ and sitting by the dining table with the large backyard. We had some awesome matches of table tennis too. It was close enough to the city and when we caught a cab out is was only just over $10. Really can't recommend this house enough. Cheers to Dayle.
