Nice Pet Friendly Home with a hot tub

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The hot tub was a great addition and the fenced yard for our dog was great too! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We were 5 minutes to the beach. There is a Dollar General close by and Walmart about 10 minutes away.

The house was nice. The rooms where nice size. The kitchen came with dishes that was nice. The hottub was cover and seemed to be running running on its own, which was weird, so we didnt use it. The location was close to gas station and stores, but the road leading to the house is NARROW and the people would almost hit you! And the check out time was far to early! Overall great for a quick weekend stay.

The hot tub runs on a timer to ensure the water stays clean and clear. If it’s turned off, the water can quickly become foggy. While many of the roads in this residential area are narrow, the driveways are spacious and designed to make parking easier. Our checkout time is standard, but we’re always happy to accommodate a late checkout when possible if requested. We appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you back for another weekend getaway!"

Property was a good fit for us, sufficient space, clean, and sufficient kitchen equipment. We enjoyed our stay. No closet in the master and no pantry in the kitchen made it a bit challenging but we managed (they are locked for no guest access).

Arrival was smooth with information texted and emailed in time for our arrival. House was clean. Living room area is wonderful for a larger family group with a fabulous TV and fireplace. Kitchen is basic but sufficient. Bathrooms are also sufficient. Hot tub is great, outdoor space is nice. Washer and dryer worked great! Not a lot of frills, but everything you need for a basic stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. My only "issue" was the grass in the backyard hadn't been cut so it was too tall for the kids to play. They just went to the front so it wasn't a big deal.

This house is clean and roomy in a quiet residential neighborhood with security lights around the house and a monitored front door camera. Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We all loved the white sectional sofa which seats 6 comfortably for socializing or reclining to watch the massive television. We didn't use the hot tub but it was nice and ready for us to use. We would stay here again.

Biggest problem—NO HOT TUB! We exclusively rent homes with hot tubs as it is a necessity for our stay—this one did not work and by the looks of it hasn’t for awhile… had the property manager out to look at it, but they found it was “working” because it would turn on…water leaked out and the pump would run for 10 minutes and shut off—never heated to temp so not usable-house was good with adequate appointments and great location to everything—only thing we found upon arrival was no dishes! Figured probably in the dishwasher—opened the door and was knocked over by the smell! Dishes had been left awhile and were covered in mold! We just rewashed and it was fine, but should have been ready to go when we got there. Biggest disappointment 5 days without a hot tub

Beautiful/Very Clean Home

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The home was very clean and exactly what we expected. The pictures are not misleading, and it’s a very well kept home. The guest contact/owners are very easy to work with also. When we first got there, the door code wasn’t working, and they got us in within a minute. The owners were able to unlock it from their phone and fix the code then and there. I brought my dogs and noticed a hole in the fence, so I reached out to see if there was something that could be temporarily put in front of it. They sent someone out within 30 minutes to replace the missing board. We will definitely be staying there every year when we go to Biloxi. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the strip and 5 minutes from a Walmart. Awesome location!

Needs Work

First impression on walk in, the place seemed nice. The window blinds on the property did not work. We lifted them to get light and found the widows filthy. Hot water in the showers are plumbed backwards. After a call, we were informed hot was cold and cold was hot. The kitchen was disgusting. Some pots were unusable because the non stick coating was scratched off. The scissors in the butcher block we disgustingly filthy. most all of the kitchen equipment should be tossed. Extremely cheap pots, no lids, inadequate (dull) kitchen knives, no mixing bowls. Dishes from the cabinet needed to be washed before use because they had remaining food stains. The A/C was very unbalanced, The primary bedroom Freezing ... Other 2 bedrooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. We were missing a TV remote control to a bedroom TV, called for assistance, were told one would be dropped off, never happened. Note to Owner: Go to home goods and replace all kitchen equipment and dishes because it was disgusting, Replace the blinds in all rooms. Get someone to clean the filthy windows. Also, about 1/2 of the light bulbs in the home were burnt out.
