Newly renovated beach front unit. Views to die for!

Welcome to our newly renovated beach front apartment! This is as close as you can get to the beach without dipping your toes in the sand. You will have the whole top floor apartment to yourself, to unwind and enjoy the surrounding area.

The reason you will be booking this apartment is going to get be all about the location and the views! I can promise you, you will enjoy your time spent at our ocean front apartment!

This beautiful light and fresh, 2 bedroom apartment, is so welcoming and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will have free WIFI and a 58 inch smart TV. There is a balcony with an outdoor setting and Webber BBQ for you to enjoy a drink or have your meals.

You will get lovely breezes off the ocean to keep you nice and cool, and the soundproof window (in the main bedroom), black out curtains and the soundproof sliding door will help you sleep like a baby! There are ceiling fans in every room.

The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The king mattress is a medium firmness and the queen is a soft mattress. They are both super comfortable, but obviously everyone is different in their preferences!

Enjoy the brand new kitchen and bathroom.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself.

Alexandra Headland, known by the locals as 'Alex', is a coastal town situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The township has a relaxed and laid back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches. Alexandra Headland is also ringed by Mooloolaba, Buderim and Maroochydore with a superb coastal sweep to the north and bush foothills to the west (Maleny, Montville and Mapleton).

Alexandra Headland's main attraction is its magnificent coastal frontage of beach, headland and parks extending for kilometres north and south. The swimming beach is patrolled by the Alexandra Headland Surf Club. On any day, you can enjoy watching the surfers, or better yet join them. There are many places to sign up for surf lessons and rent boards. If you are a skater or biker, there is an outdoor skate park right alongside the beach. Also provided are picnic and barbecue facilities; so why not enjoy lunch on the barbie with family and friends. While Alexandra Headland has maintained its small town charm, it is only minutes from major Sunshine Coast shopping centres and attractions.

Your stay is truly about the location of the property. The apartment is literally a stones throw away from the beach and ocean.

There are an abundance of great restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk or bike ride.

You have a vast array of biking and walking paths that go all along the ocean, so you can enjoy that morning walk or run.

Our apartment is perfectly positioned for you to put the car keys away and walk or ride to many cafes or restaurants.

Mooloolaba is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

If you really want to explore the Sunshine Coast, I would highly recommend having a car. The Sunshine Coast isn't a big major city and our public transport isn't amazing. This way you get to experience all that the Coast has to offer.

If you don’t have a car, there is a public bus stop no more than 50 meters down the road which services the entire Sunshine Coast, including the major shopping centres, cinema's, Aussie World and Australia Zoo. If you have any questions just give us a call. Uber and Taxi's w1ill pick you up out the front.

We are about 3 mins from the Motorway which takes you north to Noosa or south to Brisbane.

If you fly into Brisbane and there is a airport shuttle bus that will drop you at the door. This cost is around $40-$50 AUD per person or you can catch the Train to Nambour and catch a public bus to Alex. It takes an hour and 15 mins to Alex from Brisbane airport . If you fly into the Sunshine Coast you could take a bus or taxi from there possibly a shuttle bus also. We are only 15 mins from the Sunshine Coast Airport airport.
