We paid 316 for a single night, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price.First, we were not aware at the time of booking that the accommodation was located in a basement. The air quality inside did not feel good, and since there was no air conditioning, we opened the windows in both bedrooms to get some fresh air.Despite the windows having screens, we ended up with a cricket right next to our bed around midnight, which I had to take care of myself. After that, we decided to close the windows to avoid any other unexpected visitors during the night, which brought us back to the original issue of ventilation and comfort.That being said, Akin was a very kind and welcoming host. He was friendly and thoughtful, and even brought us two fresh cucumbers from his garden, which was a very nice gesture and something we truly appreciated.However, for an accommodation costing 316 per night, we expected a significantly higher level of comfort. At this price, the lack of air conditioning, the air quality, and the fact that the accommodation is located in a basement should, in our opinion, have been made much clearer before booking.Unfortunately, despite Akin's kindness and hospitality, we do not feel that the overall accommodation offered good value for the price
