Small farmhouse dating from the 15th century in the heart of a Classified Natural Site located 600m from the sea. This house in an idyllic setting is located on the side of a wooded valley. Renovated in a contemporary way, it nevertheless retains its original character with all modern comforts. Access to cars is only allowed to users of this property. A hiking trail (GR 34) passes at the foot of the house and premet the departure of long walks to the sea and in the countryside.
The ground floor of the house has a large fully equipped kitchen (6-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave) with utility room (including separate WC, washing machine, dryer), a large living room - dining room (50m2) with old fireplace and a small TV lounge (25m2). The upper floor has 4 very comfortable bedrooms with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, one of which is ideal for children with bunk beds and a mezzanine that can accommodate 4 children, a bathroom with sink unit, a shower room with sink unit and a toilet independent

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding beaches were just stunning. Amenities were great and everything was clean. In addition, the caretakers Mehdi and Chloe were also super nice and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Une trÚs jolie maison, trÚs bien agencée, et avec un emplacement genial. La mer est a qq minutes a pied , la maison est au calme , ce qui nous permet de nous retrouver en famille sans deranger personne. Par contre le bas de la maison est extremement humide. Le salon TV qui peut servir de chambre ne devrait pas etre considere comme telle. La douche etant juste au dessus, laisse passer l'eau car le plancher est aussi le plafond, de ce fait c'est assez mal isolé (bruit et eau) Mis a part cette piece, cest une maison agreable.

We enjoyed a very nice week in this very nicely renovated and well kept farmhouse. The cleaning is impeccable, the garden very nice with various parts to sit in, the location is superbe: very quiet while near by various beautifull beaches. we really enjoyed our stay and do hope to come back. Der Überraschungseffekt war zu 100% getroffen. Stilvolles Ambiente, gute Ausstattung, auch fĂŒr Kinder super geeignet. Das fĂŒttern der Tiere hat uns riesen Spass gemacht. Fußweg Strand, ca. 10 Minuten. 3 tolle StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he. Super Joggingstrecke mit Blick in die Landschaft. Einkaufen, 3 km Supermarkt, kriegt man alles. BĂ€cker, 3 km, morgens Schlange stehend, der ist sehr gut! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dieses Haus ist ein Juwel in Sachen WohlfĂŒhloase. Vergebe hier 5 Sterne, hĂ€tte aber noch einen dazu gegeben. Einfach Spitze....

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomozil

Hier haben wir ein sehr gepflegts und liebevoll gestalltetes Haus mit einemm schönen Garten vorgefunden. Die NĂ€he zum Meer und verschiedenen StrĂ€nden, sowie die perfekte Lage fĂŒr Wanderungen entlang der KĂŒste habenfĂŒr einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub gesorgt. Wir waren mit drei Generationen da und es war fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Um einzukaufen benötigt man allerdings ein Fahrzeug, selbst fĂŒr frisches Baguette und Croissant. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter fĂŒr einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.
