Charming Small Farmhouse 600 M FROM THE BEACHES

Small farmhouse dating from the 15th century in the heart of a Classified Natural Site located 600m from the sea. This house in an idyllic setting is located on the side of a wooded valley. Renovated in a contemporary way, it nevertheless retains its original character with all modern comforts. Access to cars is only allowed to users of this property. A hiking trail (GR 34) passes at the foot of the house and premet the departure of long walks to the sea and in the countryside.
The ground floor of the house has a large fully equipped kitchen (6-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave) with utility room (including separate WC, washing machine, dryer), a large living room - dining room (50m2) with old fireplace and a small TV lounge (25m2). The upper floor has 4 very comfortable bedrooms with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, one of which is ideal for children with bunk beds and a mezzanine that can accommodate 4 children, a bathroom with sink unit, a shower room with sink unit and a toilet independent

Beautiful old farm house in a secluded position yet within easy reach of Cancale and 3 wonderful beaches within walking distance. Woodland walks on the doorstep too! The property is well appointed: kitchen, utility room, lounge diner, television room, 3 double bedrooms one room with bunk beds and another double on top. The garden is on different levels enabling big parties to scatter themselves around. Mehdy the property manager waited for us to arrive and gave us a lengthy introductory tour. Dogs are welcome and our felt very much at home. The atmosphere is peaceful and our party of 9 (three generations) settled in very happily.

Une très jolie maison, très bien agencée, et avec un emplacement genial. La mer est a qq minutes a pied , la maison est au calme , ce qui nous permet de nous retrouver en famille sans deranger personne. Par contre le bas de la maison est extremement humide. Le salon TV qui peut servir de chambre ne devrait pas etre considere comme telle. La douche etant juste au dessus, laisse passer l'eau car le plancher est aussi le plafond, de ce fait c'est assez mal isolé (bruit et eau) Mis a part cette piece, cest une maison agreable.

We enjoyed a very nice week in this very nicely renovated and well kept farmhouse. The cleaning is impeccable, the garden very nice with various parts to sit in, the location is superbe: very quiet while near by various beautifull beaches. we really enjoyed our stay and do hope to come back.
