Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood of the Sunshine City, this house and an add-on apartment (650 meters trail-walk away) are equiped with hot tubs, and are ideal for family get-togethers.
The surrounding area includes stunning parks and trails, as well as popular stores for shopping.
Proximity to Bass Lake, Lake Couchiching, & Lake Simcoe offers abundant opportunities for aquatic activities.

Other things to note
These are licensed resort-style vacation/tourist homes intended to provide living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period. Guests are expected to have their permanent residential addresses (proof will be required before access to the property is granted to occupants for long-term stays).
Breakfast:
The following will be available for you to have breakfast: bread, eggs, noodles, spaghetti, coffee, oats, cereals, chocolate/tea, sugar, and milk.
Note that we do not cook for our guests.
The two bedrooms in the basement of the main house have an ensuite full bathroom and are linked.
Capacity:
The maximum occupancy between 10 pm and 7 am as set by the City of Orillia (with effect from January 1 2024) shall be:
- Main house: 10 people
- Add-on apartment: 6 people (650 meters trail-walk away)
Taxation:
My prices include a 13% sales tax, which can be deducted from your sales tax payable. I can provide my HST number when needed.
