Just a short stroll from the main beach and minutes from the bike park, this home is perfectly located for both adventure and relaxation.

The Space

This large, modern two-bedroom home has everything you need for a memorable holiday.

Bedrooms: One queen bedroom and one bedroom with two sets of bunks – perfect for families or groups.
Bathrooms & Laundry: Full laundry facilities included for convenience.
Kitchen & Living: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large double-door fridge, separate drinks fridge, dishdrawer dishwasher, and Nespresso Vertuo pod machine (bring your own pods). The breakfast bar seats six, and the large leather lounge suite is perfect for relaxing. Air conditioning keeps the living area comfortable, and you can stream Netflix or cast content from your mobile device.
Garage Fun: Large garage with table tennis table and a double kayak (with life jackets) available for your use.
Outdoor Spaces
Spacious deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy ever-changing water views.
Brand-new springless trampoline for kids.
Private access to the Lagoon (only 80 meters away) and Kaiteriteri shops and beach (approx. 300 meters), so you can leave your car behind.
Guest Access & Location

Turn right off Riwaka-Kaiteriteri Road, then a hard left onto Rowling Lane (three houses in total). Look for 1b with the bright red front door.

Guests have full access to the house and grounds, though note there is a separate studio unit behind the garage with its own facilities and parking.

Fantastic getaway in Kaiteriteri

Well equipped but not fussy, close to everything. We spent our days walking the beached, playing table tennis, riding the trails, or just enjoying watching the tide go in and out from the deck.
