Hi Craig, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry that parts of your experience fell short of expectations. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:– A map is included on the listing so guests can review the townhome’s location before booking. Photos of the driveway and garage are also provided to help set clear expectations. While the country club’s events aren’t part of the property’s offerings, we’ve taken note of your comments.– The kitchen is stocked with basics like condiments, salt, pepper, and olive oil, but we don’t advertise a full spice rack. That said, we agree that thoughtful touches — like quality utensils and a reliable coffee maker — can make a big difference. We’ve recently upgraded to a coffee duo system and replaced the utensils.– Our supply closet includes essentials like detergent, soap, a broom, and a dustpan. We’ve now added a vacuum as well. We’re also working closely with our cleaner to understand why these items weren’t accessible during your stay so it doesn’t happen again. A full cleanliness inspection has been scheduled, and the patio and BBQ area are being refreshed to ensure they’re ready for future guests.Thanks again for your honest and detailed feedback — it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
