Ok, but....
Pros: The house is spacious, featuring nice-sized common areas and bedrooms. The 4 bathrooms worked well. Quiet neighborhood. There is a park right across the street with open grass for games and a playground. Close access to airport.Cons: The place was filthy. Walking barefoot on the kitchen floor resulted in dark brown stains on your feet. Several areas were not vacuumed and there was hair in the bathrooms. The kitchen was only minimally equipped with essential items such as plates, cups, and silverware. We bought paper products. Someone has provided a coffee maker, so the house is now equipped with one.
House is a good size, most bedrooms have own bathroom and has potential. Most of the pans the kitchen had were in rough shape. Cleanliness of the property was an issue. Carpets are stained and some did not even appear vacuumed, downstairs bathroom shower had hairs still in it, return air vents covered in dust as well as base trim in all rooms. Kitchen trash cabinet was loaded with trash spilled in it and not removed. Opened perishables were still in fridge and open food items in pantry. With a bit more attention this house could be a good rental.

Nice property, Needs Attention
The lower level of this house is really beautiful. There was enough seating and places for us to be comfortable. This is a 3 star rental at best. The rugs are heavily stained and it's unclear if they were actually vacuumed ahead of our stay. The bathrooms were moderately cleaned, there needs to be some attention paid to the floors and grime on the back of doors, and along the strip that borders the shower. The upstairs furnace makes a rattling sound that is loud enough so that I was awakened several times during the night. Enough so that we just turned the upstairs heat off. While it's really nice that most bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one of the showers (in the double) doesn't fully deploy creating weak pressure.
