My daughter and I whole Experience/ Vacay was horrible a Total Nightmare and ruined due to malfunctioning Key pad on the door we were locked Out. We checked in placed our belongings down ordered some food went downstairs to get the food when we returned the Key pad to enter would not work despite trying to several times. We contacted support spoke with several representatives to help us, and it was the same thing over and over again…. They took our information tried walking us through how to unlock the entry key pad and with several other keypad codes they had, it was “We’ll update you”, “Someone is coming “ “Someone is in the way” No one ever came . I first called them at 903pm we spent the night literally in the street! My daughter whom is disabled didn’t have her wheelchair or her medications. She cried most of the night couldn’t understand what was going on, and her being scared and nervous she had Diarrhea all night. We had no bathroom and No change of clothes cause our belongings were in the room. We resulted to using the laundry bathroom and basically sitting in there to be close to the bathroom.No one ever came to assist (Locksmith) till about 10am or a little after. This was a horrible experience this was not how you treat customers Our trip was 7/3--7/5 we didn’t see fireworks or even enjoy the 4th cause we were so Tired from sitting up all night and my daughter’s nervous stomach We have not been compensated at yet we’ll see. This was a traumatic/ heartbreaking trip

The location is great, room is awesome for the price. Pool and amenities are wonderful. The shortest distance to the beach I’ve ever had!However, parking is a nightmare. We had a slight hiccup when checking in with our room’s readiness, but the host rectified immediately. Overall a great spot to stay, just be prepared to circle the parking deck/lot a few times or to have to park across the street!

Check-in was an Issue because I never received a text with the code to get into the room. I had to call a 800 number and talk to someone in an international call center and they gave me the code. The room itself was clean and had a nice view. We said it would be nice if the balcony had some kind of solar lights. Had some issues with closing the door (wouldn’t latch) and we let the owner/operator company know. The shower was difficult to get to not be scolding hot- but again the unit was clean. Just little things. It is a decent distance to boardwalk which is probably not walkable for most people. Just as an fyi which I would have like to known- is that one should be prepared to pay 10-20 every time you go down there. Boardwalk at the beach was great and a lot of fun and a must visit during the stay. Parking at the condo wasn’t a major issue like in other reviews- I can see how it could be an issue during high season. Overall it the stay was good.

Peaceful Beach Week

The beautiful view and short walk to the soft, sandy beach made this a great location for our week in Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located near all the activities, but far enough away to make it a peaceful, less crowded area for our family. Thanks for a nice, well-equipped room and a fun assortment of water activities like the hot-tub, pool and lazy river. Would rent again.

View was beautiful. There is only one small mirror in the bathroom. Hard to get ready with a little mirror. There was no hair dryer. There was no toilet paper as stated on our check-in list. The TV was a pain to have to login everytime you go in to watch something. Good thing we didn’t watch much TV. Light over stove didn’t work. At least it was clean. It’s ok for a short stay.

Fun family vacation

We overall really liked our stay. The location close to the beach which was awesome. Our kids loved the pool. Overall the room was clean. There was a couple pillows that had what looked like mold spots and also on the mattress cover. We wished there was a screen door so we could keep the sliding door open to listen to the waves.parking garage was very loud and could hear a lot horns and music.We would recommend this stay to a friend.

The parking is a real issue! The disappointment was with our room. We had booked a room with an ocean view, which it was an ocean view with plastic draped over the balcony and a man sanding. I took a picture and sent it to management, no response to that!

The room was quite old. We had a constant problem getting hot water. If you opened the fridge door, another person could not open the front door to get in out. The floors were dark but if you were barefoot, your feet were dirty. View was awesome. With some small improvements, it could be nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is GREAT. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Condo was dated & could use some upgrading to furniture & bathroom (shower/tub). Water pressure was not good. Definitely rent with Luxury instead of going through the resort— much better perks with Luxury! The building is VERY dated/old- carpet in walkways. Condo itself very efficient and reflective of the pics. Wish there was a washer/dryer in condo. Overall VERY pleased. Would stay again.
