We had a nice stay. The place was clean, quiet, well stocked, and having two bedrooms with king size beds was great. I would recommend it and would come back again.

Checkin was difficult, property mgr does give any entry instructions until 4pm, of course by then we are waiting in lot. The lock screen didnt lightup so couldnt enter code to press #s. Should fix! Also the kitchen sink faucet was broken, certainly needed for 4 day stay. Im assuming its property mgr issues. We have rentals, know how it should work.

A couple clarifications for future guests:
Check-in timing: As noted in our pre-arrival messages, check-in details are released shortly before 4pm, not 4pm. This is for security. If a guest arrives early, we’re always happy to assist, but access cannot be guaranteed before the stated check-in time unless an early check-in has been approved. Upon checking the messages, we can confirm instructions were sent prior to 4pm.
Entry/lock issue: When you didn’t receive the virtual key email, we immediately resent it and provided a backup physical lockbox key so you could enter right away. We’ll also have our team re-check the keypad/lock screen so it’s working reliably.
Kitchen faucet: Thank you for reporting it. As soon as you let us know, we offered to schedule maintenance during normal hours and you approved access so we could address it.
We appreciate you choosing us, and we’ll continue improving the check-in experience and preventative maintenance to ensure a smoother arrival for future guests.
Directions terrible was easier to take Hayden to the first stop sign. Put the actual address the email. You are assuming everyone has an iPhone we do so give us the address. I don’t prefer the operation to lock and unlock the door but you do you. Found part of the fan chain in my bed when I went to sleep. No way you leave that in there if you cleaned the bed. Handle on kitchen sink falls off. Went to throw a load of laundry in and when I pulled it out of the dryer noticed a smell and the MOP HEAD was in there. Now my clothes stink!Left the washer door open to air out and it stunk up the apt. Have the same laundry. You can’t leave it shut. Common sense. You find one thing it’s fine but you wrecked my clothes. Not ok. Hopefully I can get the smell out when I get home.

When guests notify us in real time, we respond quickly and resolve issues immediately. In this case, the first time we’re hearing about any of this is through a 2-star public review, which eliminated any opportunity to help you while you were in the home.
A few clarifications for future guests:
The full street address is provided in multiple places: 1. The booking confirmation, 2. the pre-arrival details, and 3. The required rental agreement. Our directions have also guided guests to the home successfully for years.
Door access: the entry method is clearly described in the listing/check-in instructions and is standard for short-term rentals for security and accountability.
Maintenance/cleanliness concerns: If any fixture issue, bedding concern, or laundry issue had been reported, we would have addressed it promptly. Because nothing was communicated, we could not inspect, verify, or correct anything during the stay.
We genuinely want every guest to enjoy their time here. Receiving a review like this without any prior notice or fair chance to remediate is extremely upsetting, and we do not feel the tone or the 2-star rating reflects the level of care and responsiveness we provide. We remain committed to working collaboratively with guests, because that’s how great stays happen.
