3 Bedroom House - Shellharbour City. 15 minute drive to Jamberoo Action Park
- Spacious house in reasonably quiet area with great attractions nearby including Jamberoo Action Park & Shellharbour Marina.
- 5 min drive to beach.
- Bus & train station very short walking distance.
- Many shops in walking distance.
- Light breakfast & snacks (cereal/toast/spreads/tea/coffee pods/milk/biscuits).
- Large bathroom with soaps/shampoo provided.
- TV’s with Netflix registered in the front & back living rooms.
- Second toilet available in the laundry.
- For BBQ use please contact host.
- Wheelchair access through entrance at rear.
There is a base rate for 2 people & $25 every extra guest to a maximum of 6 in household. Babies/toddlers 3 years or younger no need to add as an extra guest.
Although the house is non smoking there is a small undercover smoking/seating area with ash tray available outside.
One time code to lockbox next to letterbox available from texting (preferred) or calling host on the day of your stay. Ev charging is available via outdoor power outlet. A flat fee of $30 applies per charge, regardless of usage. EV charging is not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorised use will incur fees.

Being in the South Coast since 20's (semi retired now). I'm just here to host... Living out the back house I am close to assist whilst still being far enough away to offer absolute privacy.

I relocated to the South Coast after getting married. I simply love this area. I use the lake often kayaking. There's also many coastal attractions; a great theme park, cinemas, countless shops and a wide range of activities available.
