The renovated kitchen and living room are just steps away from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With a new sleeper sofa in the living room and twin bunk beds in the hallway, this unit can comfortably sleep a family of 8. The master bathroom offers ample counter space with double sinks and both the master and guest bedroom contain King-sized beds. The resort amenities include a pool, hot tub, workout facilities, barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach. With its delightful beach theme, this unit is the perfect location for your vacation!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Perfect location for relaxing

We really enjoyed this location in a less busy area. Beds were very comfortable. The view was excellent. The beach service was a great feature. Loved the balcony.

The condo was clean, and very nice. The rental company was very informative and made it seamless. Try the Beachview restaurant which is a 7 minute walk, and had great and reasonably priced food. Get groceries at the Walmart in Frot Walton

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smoke detectors went off 3 different days. It wasn’t the end of the world but they were tough to reach with just a chair to stand on. Batteries were going dead on 1st, 2 detectors going off on 2nd time then all of them going off on 3rd time. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Both of us had back pain after a few days.

It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare and serve food while breaking from the beach. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our larger group. We had beautiful views of the beach and saw dolphins from our balcony. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk with great beach setup. Okaloosa Island is a great area because you can enjoy everything the area has to offer without the crowds. It is a hidden gem!! Destin is a short drive, as is Fort Walton Beach. This was our second time staying and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Well stocked kitchen. Any questions were answered very quickly! We loved the unit and enjoyed spending quality beach time with our children and grandchildren! We will be booking a beach vacation with Brooks n Shorey next year again! hopefully the same condo! Thank you so much!
