Welcome to your own private vacation paradise, a two-bedroom, two-bath lakefront condo situated off-island in a private, gated residential neighborhood that is extremely centrally convenient: a 20 minute drive to Times Square at Fort Myers Beach, the Downtown Fort Myers River District, Regional Southwest Airport, and then just 30 minutes to Sanibel Island. There are numerous closeby shops and services. Sanibel Island is world-famous for its sea shells. Downtown Fort Myers, as noted, has the River District, many diverse restaurants, and the winter homes of Thomas Edison, Hendry Ford, and Harvey Firestone are available for tours. Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, fitness area and covered bar with refrigerator. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and a private laundry room. A gas grill is also available.
