We are a large home with great accommodation however this is not for house parties. Gold Coast Council have strict policy and we respect our neighbours. Even if you are booking for long term stays we have a no party policy. Please read further info regarding how we manage this policy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
☆Minut Smart home noise management devices installed to protect against parties & undue noise.
These devices do not transmit or record but simply monitor noise levels. Should noise levels exceed 80db for longer than 5 minutes after 10 pm or the total approved guests onsite exceed the booking total we are alerted and will contact the primary guest immediately.
You will receive 1 warning to reduce the noise either via sms or via your booking provider's messaging.
Guests are required to respond within 30 minutes confirming receipt of the message and that they have addressed the issue and reduced noise.
If you fail to reduce noise or respond, the booking may be terminated immediately, and security may escort you from the premises with no exceptions.
Strict no-party policy - any breach will likely result in the termination of your booking with no refund.
Guest may not touch, remove, or interfere in any way with the device. If the device is touched, removed, or shrouded, an alarm will notify us, and this may result in the booking being terminated for breaching "House rules."
