The house was just right for our family and the dogs loved the big garden which was completely safe. We really enjoyed sitting outside and having our meals there with the beautiful views. The beds were comfortable and the house was just right
I love Esk, i love this house. Second time my family of four, plus one dog, have stayed here.A very easy and relaxing escape from Brisbane. Louise responds to messages very quickly and the place is spotless.

Jacqui and her family were great guests, clean, tidy and great communicators. I would definitely recommend them to other hosts and welcome them back again. This is already there second stay. 😄
Had friends staying at the caravan park in Esk so booked the house to catch up with them - house was wonderful. Super location (much quieter than the caraven park but 2 min drive away), Esk is very picturESK (;-)) with a great IGA & a REALLY good pub - pretty much everywhere is dog friendly which made it so easy for us. House was clean & well equipped & we'd def recommend & go back!

The room was spacious and clean, and the host was very accommodating.
This house was perfect for our family of 4 and one dog on a weekend getaway from Brisbane. Louise provided quick and reliable communication, the check in process was seamless, house spotless and the dog loved that the yard was big enough for zoomies.
Thank you Louise for this perfect retreat for 3 adults and a fabulous spacious backyard for a dog, with plenty of space to exercise. Highly recommended.
Very tidy & comfortable property in an excellent location for the garden Fair. The owners have done a great job presenting an older property. I did miss some microwave cookware in the kitchen (and the peeler was quite hard to use) but the kitchen facilites were very good.
Comfortable, well presented and equipped home and in a great location
Older home, but well looked after and with a new, well equipped kitchen- with some staples included. Comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms. Good communication with owner.
I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude to Louise for the wonderful stay we had at her property. The thoughtful touch of fresh eggs and honey added to our enjoyment, and your excellent communication throughout the process made everything seamless. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit and experiencing more of your hospitality.
This is a lovely house with all the facilities you might need. Great big back yard, big kitchen with all the equipment and quite a few pantry items.
Esk is a lovely town and the house is located a short walk from the entry to the BVRT. Air con works well, it was very hot when I stayed but inside was lovely and cool.
Comfortable bed!
A few small inconveniences:
There are two front gates that are quite low so if you have a large or jumpy dog, they may well jump out. The car gate is also not very secure, could get pushed open.
The bathroom is quite old and run down and has very little storage.
There were lots of little bugs that came in each night, even with all the doors and windows closed. The bath was full of dead bugs each morning.
The sofa is not very comfortable, I'm not sure if it's broken? No coffee table for snacks.
Overall a lovely stay and others may not be bothered by the things that were small inconveniences to me. Thank you for letting me stay, I might be back another time!
