Location location

Quiet little complex within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Compact no fuss accommodation with a definite relaxed vibe. Ideal for a couple wanting to walk to bars and restaurants and cook ( or plan to but eat out all the time because the food scene was spectacular) the occasional meal. Clean and as females we felt very safe.

Let down by poor upkeep

This was a pretty disappointing stay. While check in was easy, and the location was pretty good, thats about the end of the positives. The sofa bed did not have linens, when we reached out, we were told they were under the bed in the bedroom, but there were only heavy blankets there. The sofa bed was also stained significantly. Our daughter said it was 'ok' from a comfort perspective. We were only provided two towels despite booking for 3, the host did drop off a third towel the next day. Just about every single dish we went to use was visibly dirty and had food residue on it. The dining set table and chairs are so wobbly/have so many loose screws that we thought we were going to fall through them and we are not large people.When combining these issues with the cost, it becomes extremely difficult to recommend as anything other than a last resort. The host did communicate with us, but I believe the vrbo app is having difficulties with notifications and timely delivery which only added to frustration.

Hello, we are very disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay and apologies. We do however really appreciate you taking the time to write down what you didn't like so we can rectify it. We no longer provide a sofa bed as somewhere to sleep, and have changed our internal cleaning and maintenance policies so no one has the same experience you did.
