We live in NYC and spending a week at this house was fantastic. It's quiet, clean, well stocked, conveniently located, and the view is stunning. If we were at the house and awake we were most likely sitting on the deck looking at the mountains and trees and sky. We never contacted the host because everything we needed was there and working. We grilled, did laundry, etc etcThe area is full of things to do. We explored both the Townshend and the Ball Mountain Dams. Very cool both of them. West River Trail in Jamaica State Park is a must. And definitely West River Provisions for sandwiches after. Go see the cows at Taylor Farm and stop off at Grandma Miller's Pies on the way back. I'll miss all of it.

What a wonderful week to hear about! We're so glad the house felt quiet, clean, and well stocked, and that the mountain and sky views from the deck were part of your daily routine. It's great that you got out to explore the dams, the West River Trail, Taylor Farm, and even squeezed in a stop at Grandma Miller's Pies. So happy everything worked smoothly for you during your stay.
