Beautifully Renovated

This property has been recently renovated, and the pictures show it. The beds are comfortable. It’s bright and functional. We did some cooking and had everything we needed to do so.The location is great. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

Soccer Weekend

Had a great time at the soccer tournament. Had a good experience with the host with a problem we had with a bed. Kept us updated on the repair. Really helped.

Snowbird rental

Check in went smoothly. The unit was surface clean if you didn’t look to close, but it was very dirty. I had to clean mold out of the 3bedroom windows. Clean out the laundry closet. The two throw rugs in the living area and under the kitchen table were so dirty we asked to have them steam cleaned. The chandelier over the dining table was covered in dust bunnies.and the base boards were very dirty. We asked to have them cleaned also.The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sit on and one of the bedrooms needs a new mattress it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I know the pool area is out of the owners control but it was very random if the pool and hot tub were heated. About a third of my stay they were to cold to use.

This isn’t the experience we aim to provide, as we take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment—something many of our guests frequently highlight. I’ve addressed your concerns with our cleaning team to ensure extra attention is given to the areas you mentioned. Regarding the sleeper sofa and mattress, we receive nothing but glowing reviews on how comfortable our sofa and beds are. We will be reviewing these items to see if replacements or updates are needed. We truly appreciate your input, as it helps us improve. The house is always clean, our cleaning team is very thorough on their job. We have never had a complaint before regarding dirty floors or mold. While the resort’s pool heating is managed by the HOA, I understand how frustrating the inconsistency must have been. When the weather is really cold out which is was during your stay, there is only so much the heaters can keep up with during those cold times. It is a very large body of water to keep warm. I’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to them as well. Thank you again for your comments, and I hope you’ll consider staying with us in the future so we can provide the exceptional experience we’re known for.
