Nestled on the edge of the Black Bull Golf Course in Silverwoods, this delightful home brings tranquillity, peace and resort style living with an abundance of natural light throughout the house and stunning views out to the 15th fairway.
Relax on the patio or by the pool, watch the sunrise over the golf course, take a stroll along the nearby board walk to the Sebel Hotel or walk around the natural bushland trail at Chinamen's Island. Let our home become your home as you relax and unwind.

**We are happy to open our house and share this piece of paradise with you, but as it is our family home, we ask that you respect our rules and treat it accordingly and hopefully enjoy it as much as we do. Our home can be your home. :)

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms. The master which has direct access to the patio and pool area, a king size bed, walk in robe and double sized shower.
The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
A second bathroom with separate powder room allows guests more privacy in that area of the house.
Open plan kitchen dining with huge open sliding doors creates an indoor outdoor area.
Relax in the theatre room to watch your favourite show or kickback with your book for a little down time.
WiFi available.
*Guests are required to bring their own pool towels.
The study and garage are unavaible to guests.
Guest access
Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars and there are free visitor spaces along the street.
Other things to note
There is strictly a no party rule or excess noise limit after 10pm as we need to be very mindful of our neighbours.
Only registered guests allowed.
This is a non smoking house.
And definitely NO PETS!

Beautiful property and Amazing hosts

This property was absolutely spotless with the hosts being very responsive if I had any questions. Nested in the silver woods estate and walking distance to the Sebel and lake, was perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we revisit yarrawonga in the future. Highly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

We moved to Yarrawonga after holidaying here for over 25 years. It is a beautiful place live and we love to go camping/picnicing/fishing and swimming along the Murray River as often as we can as we love the outdoor lifestyle. So we built our dream home and the rest is history 😁😁

What makes this property unique

Our home, is simple and easy to live in. It boasts an amazing view of the golf course and the walk from here around the lake is just beautiful. I love my evening walks to wind down after a busy day especially as I get to the water's edge, I feel a sense of peace and calmness take over. Especially as most evenings, we have the most amazing sunsets.
