About this property

PROVENCAL BUILDING IN THE HEART OF STONE BETWEEN LUBERON AND VERDON

Beautiful and large Provencal villa of 200m2 at the gates of VERDON. On a plot of more than 2000 m2 with swimming pool (8X4) in the middle of olive trees, away from the city but close to all amenities.
This building includes on the ground floor a warm living room, a large dining room, a large equipped kitchen and its patio, bedrooms (one with a bed in 160, one with a bed in 90, and a a sofa bed in 140), a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a toilet and a large terrace covered by a pergola.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms (one with a 140 bed with a breathtaking view of the valley of L'Asse and the Durance., And a larger one, more than 25m², equipped with a 140), a bathroom with shower, a WC.
A deposit of 900 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed but returned in full in the event of non-damage.

Belle maison spacieuse à l'équipement très complet, située dans un petit hameau au calme, entourée d'oliviers. Bonne literie, piscine bien agréable. La région est magnifique, entre petits villages, vieilles pierres et champs de lavande, nous serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps. Merci pour votre accueil.

Très beau séjour - à recommander

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables et reposants dans la maison de José et Sandra. On a pu profiter du calme et se reposer près de la piscine. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes très sympathiques.Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison de vacances. La région est fantastique. Merci à José et Sandra.

Très belle villa et des vacances réussies

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances d'été dans cette maison pleine de charme d'Oraison .La description est conforme et je dirais même mieux que sur les photos, certains travaux d'aménagement récents ayant été réalisés. Elle est située au calme dans un hameau isolé de quelques maisons , sans vis-à-vis, avec vue sur les collines menant au plateau de Valensole. L'équipement intérieur est très complet , aussi bien au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine que de l'électroménager ... Rien ne manquait. La piscine est de bonne taille et à usage privé comme l'est le jardin, elle fut fort appréciée dans cette période estivale. L'accueil et le contact avec Sandra et José, de forts sympathiques propriétaires, était convivial et de très bonne qualité : ils étaient disponibles et joignables très facilement en cas de question ou de besoin... En bref des vacances réussies et si nous devions revenir un été dans le secteur de Manosque/Valensole nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison !
