With four (to five spacious bedrooms on request), there is ample room for family and friends to indulge in comfort and relaxation. With Queensland's amazing weather this home is perfect for guests all year round. Whether you prefer taking advantage of the glass edge pool or utilising the pathway that leads directly to the white sand of Sunshine Beach, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Lower ground floor level has the entrance lounge room, master bedroom and ensuite, outdoor entertaining deck overlooking the expansive grass and pool area, front sun baking deck and a pavilion that runs along the garden with guests' bedrooms and bathrooms.

There’s plenty to love about Sunshine Beach: pristine, surf-friendly beaches; great cafes and restaurants; lush National Park and stunning hinterland just begging to be explored. Fifth bedroom is an additional $2000.00 per booking.
