overall, I really like this property and will definitely try to book it again in the future if available. Some things that would make it really stand out would be the following suggestions: blackout shade in the bedroom, full length mirror, make up mirror in the bathroom, paper towels or dish towel in the kitchen. (Of note on this property, the bedroom closet door did not close properly and may need attention.) I hope these comments are helpful!Best regards RR

The room was good, the website is very cumbersome. It is not easy communicating with the managers. The main reason I gave such a low rating is that when I went to check into my room there was somebody already staying in my room. A half naked man stood at the door as I unlocked it and stated he had extended his stay. He helped us get in touch with customer service, which took over an hour die to long hold times and disconnections when I finally got my reassigned new room the code was incorrect and we had to wait yet longer for a new code. It was a very traumatic and scary check in process. It makes me feel insecure that when I’m in my room, someone might open the door with a code.

This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around.
