YARINGA POINT TURTON is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday unit that accommodates up to 4 guests with only a short walk to the beach.

Kitchen with small fridge/freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, Breville coffee machine - coffee grounds provided, coffee plunger, kettle toaster.

Living area with 4 seater dining table, 2 x two seater lounges, TV-non smart, DVD player, ceiling fan, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower and w/c.

Portacot available

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No washing machine - you can use the coin operated washing machines at the caravan park.

Private patio with sea glimpses, outdoor setting and hooded Weber Traveler gas BBQ.

Shared fish cleaning facility.

Yaringa is set in a group of 8 units, there is parking for 2 cars and room to park your boat.

Pt Turton has a General Store with general groceries, bait, ice, fuel, delicious baked pastries and take away food.

No smoking inside.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Great little unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother in law and I rented the unit for a week’s fishing holiday. We loved it. Roomy enough for us, warm, comfortable beds, clean and tidy, wash down and great fish cleaning facilities. Good value and very helpful people managing the booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy to stay again, the only thing i would like to mention is fry pans so badly scratched , we wouldn't use them , but the only egg slice there was all metal so not other guests fault. Steve
