Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was adequate for our needs and we appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The location within the Greens is good, across from the pool and mail boxes. The back patio was pretty useless as it had relatively high walls and a low ceiling, an was not inviting. The interior was fine though both bathrooms and the sink area had an unpleasant odor. The second bedroom bath/shower needs repair. a few more hooks, etc., would be welcome throughout. All in all, I would recommend that prospective renters look around further before settling on this particular condo.
