Loved our stay! This unit was well laid out and the owners thought of everything. It may not have a lot of square feet but it is so comfortable and feels spacious. Nice furnishings, very clean and host was very responsive! The bed and linens were soft and comfortable. Great shower pressure. Highly recommend
Super darling house! Bed is super cozy, nice little extra additions. We didn’t spend much time other than resting, but would have enjoyed it if we had time.
This bungalow was so convenient and near everything. The host was also super easy to get a hold of. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and smelt amazing the entire stay.
Everything was great! Loved the property would definitely stay again! The only thing that was not clean was the inside of the toilet had orange water rings in it. I went ahead and cleaned it with the toilet bowl brush.
We stayed 3 nights to tour the city, attend the Silos and get away. Our Vrbo was clean and tidy and our property manager was very quick to respond to any question or need we had. We felt safe and loved having the code be something we were familiar with.

Perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. We came for a 60th B-Day and couldn't be happier with our choice. The home is quaint, clean, homey, updated, and a bed to die for! The details are incredible from the mirrors, snacks, and toiletries they left. Next time we will ride the bikes for sure.
We enjoyed our stay in Waco and this little home met our needs. It was super clean and just as pictured. We were not able to take advantage of the grill, fire pit and kayaks, however, they are a great addition for someone to use. Thank you for providing a great place to stay at a great price!
This little hidden gem was above and beyond what we expected as well as what we've experienced from other places we've stayed. It had many amenities that we were able to enjoy. We enjoyed riding the electric bikes to and through Cameron Park. We weren't able to use the kayaks this time, but we definitely plan on returning in the future and will be more prepared to use those! The bed is comfy, the couch was also inviting and relaxing with TV's in both locations. The fireplace was a nice touch. Outdoors we enjoyed grilling one evening and enjoyed the fire pit as well. Great job dialing in all of attention to extra details for a beyond comfortable stay!

Lack of communication
The house is lovely. As stated in other reviews, it is in an outdated area of Waco that they are trying to revitalize. I sent a text and message through VRBO regarding a piece of jewelry I forgot at the house and no one has responded to me.

Response from VrboOwner on 31 March 2025
Hi Amanda, the right vacation home is everything, and we're sorry this one wasn't quite perfect for your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We're glad you found the house lovely, and we appreciate you acknowledging the efforts being made to revitalize the area. We always aim to set clear expectations about the neighborhood in our listing.
-Regarding the ring, we understand how stressful it can be to lose a personal item. The homeowner and cleaning crew conducted a thorough search as soon as they were informed, but unfortunately, it was not located.
Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide great experiences for all our guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Cozy Stay in Waco
We really enjoyed this house. It’s in a convenient location and was very nicely redone. Had everything we needed for our stay, including a very comfortable bed. Lots of little extras that make things enjoyable: a snack basket with water bottles and some chips, extra toiletries, and Keurig with a variety of k-cups. We had fun riding the electric bikes a couple of times down to the Silos and dinner. It’s also a short drive to Homestead Heritage and Mammoth Monument. Cons:The street lights shine very brightly in the house.A little noisy since it’s close to the street and next to a car shop. The area is a little run down, but we never felt unsafe. We would stay again if we return to Waco.
