The perfect escape for the outdoor enthusiasts, a 5 minute walk to Lake Ontario and harborfront patio dining, 4 minute drive to Presquille Park and Brighton Speedway, and Barcovan golf course! Our place is a great location for hiking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, bird watching and beach lounging. Trenton Air base, PEC wine country, and Sandbanks nearby as well!

Amazing Trip

Kim's place is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night and visiting the park during the day. The place was also very Clean and equipped.

We stayed at Serenity Place while in between moving from one house to another. It's a cute basement apartment style property with its own private entrance. Kim was very kind, accommodating and responsive. She made sure the driveway was shoveled promptly (in the worst winter in decades) and any concerns were immediately addressed. The fenced back yard was amazing for the dogs!Because it was winter during our stay, we didn't get to enjoy the proximity to lake Ontario, but this area has lots of opportunity to enjoy the water and surrounding area.

Kim and Myles were most accommodating. We arrived early and they shared the park pass for Presquile with us. Easy private access and parking. Very clean, nicely appointed. everything needed and more was there in both the kitchen and liven and sleeping spaces. Highly recommend this property

Communication with Kim, owner, and Judy, Property Manager was great. The apartment is well maintained and decorated. Comfortable beds. Soft towels. Ample space. Finding dog friendly is often a challenge, and Kim assured us the space was definitely accommodating, and our dogs agreed. Kitchenette includes induction cooktop, toaster and toaster oven, microwave, small fridge. Outdoors included a bbq and a fire pit, and lounging area. Close to Lake Ontario (walking), Brighton core (~8 mins drive), Presqu'ile (~10 mins drive), and more. Overall, a recommended place to stay!

Convenient

My husband and I were joining friends who were camping at Presqu’ile Provincial Park. This property suited our needs perfectly. It is close to the park so we were able to spend full days with our friends, with only a short drive back at night. The property is equipped with a small fridge, microwave and a coffee station. Guests who are planning on eating or preparing food will need to bring their own dishes and utensils. Kim communicated regularly with us and was very helpful.
