A Stunning And Light- filled Spacious Home

Located in the heart of Byron Bay's coveted 'Golden Grid', just a minute's stroll to local favourites' the Top Shop cafe and a 600m walk to family favourite Clarke's Beach.

In a couple of minutes you can walk to the oval to kick a ball, go for a jog , play tennis or walk down the central pathway that leads to town where you will find shops, restaurants and bars as well as Woolies and Palace Cinema .

This beautiful home set amidst a landscaped tropical garden that surrounds a sun-filled in-ground swimming pool is perfect for families and groups.

This is a lush, private sanctuary and provides the perfect setting for relaxed and quality time with family and friends.

There is off street parking but also no need for a car due to the location of this home. You can walk to everywhere: beach, town, oval and lighthouse.

The ground floor features a generous foyer leading to open plan and also separate living spaces including a well-equipped kitchen with family room as well as an impressive dining area with soaring high ceilings.

There's a huge rumpus and media room for the kids and all the family.

Another separate lounge room leads on to the deck which overlooks the garden and pool and offers a wonderful way to spend the afternoon watching the stunning sunsetting skies.

The laundry(with washer and dryer) and separate powder room are also located on the ground floor.

A central staircase leads to four more bedrooms (3 with wardrobes). Guests in these rooms can utilise the main bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate wc.

The master bedroom is the perfect parental retreat with walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (shower and bath) as well as separate wc and its own private balcony. Please note there are 2 external cameras at the front of the house.

Experience the unique atmosphere of Byron's town centre. Close to everything Byron has to offer including a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques right on your doorstep. The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation. This property is right in town and only 300m to Main Beach.
