From here you'll have direct access via sliding glass doors to the outdoor patio, where ample seating is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the sunset as the Surfers Paradise skyline begins to sparkle. Three bedrooms sleep seven guests, all three featuring split system air conditioning and ceiling fans. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed while the second bedroom has a queen and a single and the third has a queen. A stylish and modern bathroom offers a walk-in overhead shower and complimentary toiletries, providing a luxurious space to refresh after a day at the beach, while the third bedroom includes a compact ensuite.

Popular shopping precincts Cavill Mall and Cavill Avenue are also nearby, while other local attractions include Home of the Arts (HOTA), Sky Point Climb and theme parks Dreamworld, Warner Bros. Movie World, and Sea World.
