Sleeping; Stylish main bedroom with king bed, timber floors, ceiling fan, walk-in robe and generous ensuite Bedroom 2, king bed, timber floors, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe Bedroom 3, has two king single beds which can be zipped together to create a king bed if required, timber floor, ceiling fan and storage. Note - a split bed fee will be charged.
Cooking; Well-designed and equipped "cooks kitchen" with generous bench space and breakfast bar, plus all the implements required to create and serve lovely meals during your stay. An electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher and coffee machine are all included.
Dining ; Dining area overlooking the rear deck. Rear-covered deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ looking through the tree tops.
Living ; Cosy living room with the ambience of a combustion fire, comfortable sofas and smart TV + Marshall Blue Tooth Speaker. Ducted air- conditioning throughout.
Office ; A dedicated office ensures those who need to work on their break have the resources to enable easy transition between work and holiday. The space provides a desk, chair, lamp, internet and sofa.
Bathrooms and Laundry ; Full family bathroom with bath and shower and euro built-in laundry. Ensuite bathroom (off the main bedroom) with shower and toilet.
Outdoors and beyond ; The front yard and entry sit behind a picket fence and are a perfect setting to sit back and watch village life go by. The rear yard is terraced with a timber open-air entertaining deck as an additional option.
There is a lot on offer in the village with multiple cafes, eateries, restaurants and shops. Locals and guests alike can do all their shopping in the village with a great butcher, supermarket, chemist, bakery, deli, bottle shop and doctors surgery all available.
Kurrajong is on the doorstep to all that is on offer in the Hawkesbury and the Blue Mountains including national parks, bushwalking, cellar doors, botanic gardens, pick your own fruit, nut and flower farms.
Weddings and functions ; Within a short drive to multiple wedding venues such as Loxley On Bellbird Hill, Turpentine Tree, Chapel Hill, Hawkesbury Race Club and Crown Plaza -Windsor to name a few.
Kurrajong Holiday House can be perfectly paired with Magnolia House or Hailey@Kurrajong if guests require additional accommodation. All an easy walk between properties.
