Welcome to our Creekside Den cabin! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath cabin is ideal for 2-3 families and can accommodate up to 9 adults, with room for six additional guests, if they are children.
Our cabin is conveniently located in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe; walking distance to shops, restaurants, the lake and Kings Beach State Beach (voted Tahoe’s Best Beach!) and a ten-minute drive to NorthStar Ski Resort where you can enjoy activities all year long.

The cabin sleeps up to 15 guests (*adults and children), however based on our beds it can accommodate UP TO 9 adults, NO EXCEPTIONS.
MAIN LIVING AREA
The cabin was entirely remodeled within the past ten years and newly furnished providing ample space for everyone, including an open downstairs floor plan with a family room and dining area, plus an additional four bar seats at the kitchen counter. In warm weather months, gather on the back deck for a casual BBQ in a quiet natural setting with Griff Creek in the background only a few steps away.

Area Information:
In addition to Northstar, our house is 20 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort and approximately 30 minutes to Mt. Rose Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Homewood Mountain Resort. Golf is also nearby with Old Brockway Golf Course immediately across the street, Northstar Golf Course 15 minutes north and The Championship Golf Course 15 minutes away in Incline Village. Mini-golf is close by as well, with Kings Beach Miniature Golf only one mile away and Magic Carpet Golf less than ten minutes in Carnelian Bay. There are also many hiking and mountain biking opportunities with acres of National Forest lands nearby. Kids will love the Tahoe Vista Regional Park (within walking/biking distance of the cabin) for its Frisbee Golf, tennis courts, ball fields and winter snowmobile rentals. Adults will love the easy access to casinos, spa services and music venues.
PLACER COUNTY RULES
Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to the home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below (which are also included in the listing's photos and posted in the home).
* MAXIMUM OCCUPNACY: There shall be no gatherings, events, wedding or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the listing.
* PARKING: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats and trailers must be parked in the home's designated parking spots.
* QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
* LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.
* RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal BBQs and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winders, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility (the guest) to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
