Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station.

Deanna was super friendly and we ran into her a few times coming to and from the unit. She was very kind and provided us with a lot of recommendations to do while we were in Victoria. The room was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had access to the upper deck with BBQ. The host was always available to answer questions and was very informative about the area. A bit of a hike to get downtown. Would stay again if opportunity arises.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Clean, upscale finishes, good bed and shower and spacious. Loved the deck with fire table. Deanna, the boat, engaged with us just the right amount. Really loved that there were some fun eateries in easy walking distance and downtown was a short Uberaway. We’ll stay here again when we’re next in Victoria!

Deanna was so responsive to us whenever we had a question. She was willing to let us drop off our luggage prior to check-in and also let us leave it after check-out, so we could tour Victoria without dragging it around. The room, bathroom and common area were spotless. She had thoughtfully stocked the mini fridge with complimentary drink for each of us and snacks in our suite. One of the nicer VRBO's we've stayed in

Beautiful, clean and cozy spot close to DT Victoria. Warning, there is no real space for cooking or eating meals if that's an important thing for you on your trip. That's ok though, keep your car parked and grab a LIME bike from around the corner and explore the city. So much fun!!!

The accommodation was excellent for our needs. The host was thoughtful in the amenities provided. Communication was prompt and clear. We had a great time and the location was close enough to walk to the downtown area. The shower was something else! There is a common kitchen and laundry area, unusual for a VRBO, and the host has provided some extra goodies to enjoy. We'd definitely go back!
