Note: Unregistered or unauthorised overnight guests will incur a penalty fee of $110 per person per night.

❌ No pets are allowed. Bringing a pet onto the property is a breach of the booking terms. If a pet is found to have been brought without approval, a penalty fee of $150 per pet per night will apply, and the booking may be subject to cancellation without refund.

❌ No smoking or vaping inside or within property boundaries. ❌ No food or drinks in bedrooms to avoid stains. ❌ No excessive dirt or sand.
To help keep the townhouse comfortable and in good condition, guests are asked to please rinse off beach sand and shake out towels, clothing, and beach items before entering the property.
Excessive mess or dirt (e.g., dirty dishes, food crumbs, spills, excessive beach sand, soiled carpets, or stains) may result in additional cleaning charges.
🏊 Pool & Common Areas
✔️ Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (strictly enforced). ❌ No alcohol, food, or glass permitted in the complex communal pool area. ❌ Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
🚗 Garage & Parking
✔️ Garage accommodates a small car only. ✔️ Only one garage remote is provided. ✔️ Free street parking is available for larger vehicles. ❌ No parking in the driveway or common areas of the complex.
🚪 Restricted Areas
❌ The stairway leads to a designated restricted area for the owner’s storage. Guest access is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
🛋️ Furniture, Appliances & Damages
✔️ Do not rearrange furniture or decor. ✔️ Use appliances as per instructions and do not leave them unattended. ✔️ Report any damages, malfunctions & stains promptly. 🔑 Lost keys and garage remotes incur a replacement fee.
🗑️ Rubbish & Waste Management
✔️ General waste: Red bin ✔️ Recycling: Yellow bin 📅 If staying on a Wednesday night, kindly place the bins on the curb for collection Thursday morning.
🚪 Checkout Procedure (To Avoid Extra Charges)
✅ Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. Standard cleaning is included. Excessive mess or dirt (e.g., dirty dishes, food crumbs, spills, excessive beach sand, soiled carpets, or stains) may result in additional cleaning charges. ✅ Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioners. ✅ Close all windows and lock all doors. ✅ Remove all food from the fridge/freezer and wipe clean. ✅ Wash and pack away all used cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and utensils (including BBQ if used). ✅ Tie rubbish bags and place general waste in the Red bin, recycling in the Yellow bin. ✅ No need to make beds; they will be stripped. ✅ Place all used towels and tea towels in the laundry basket. ✅ Return air conditioner and fan remotes to their holders; leave the TV remote on the coffee table.

Felt right at home, close to everything but still quiet and private. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, towels were soft, pool was great.....everything was amazing! The house is super comfortable and we wish we could stay longer. We recommend staying here, for sure! And Eileen was super helpful, but never intrusive.

Bathroom was outstanding location is great -only minutes to the river and Noosaville foreshore and Hastings St. Our host Eileen provided great information and checkin and out instructions and met us at the property. We had a fantastic few days at this gorgeous flat in Noosa! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The communication from the host, Eileen, was excellent—she gave us lots of good info prior to our arrival, including restaurant recommendations and tips for things to do in the area.We arrived to find the lights on, very inviting after a long journey.. and she even left some snacks & treats for us to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful gesture!The unit itself was spotless—clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals during our stay.
