Casa Valentine, Spectacular Cozy Sea View

A wonderful colonial style villa located in Loma Bonita in Las Terrenas Dominican Republic.

From the beginning we help you customize your stay to your expectations:. Our focus is YOUR vacation and are included in the rental rate the following services:

- Local concierge service.

- Daily cleaning.

- Grocery shopping.

- Cooking: breakfast and lunch service, drinks and cocktails prepared and served. Dinner service has an extra cost of 30$ and can be arranged upon request at any time.

- 24/7 security.

The villa has just been renovated and is available for a limited time with a very discounted rate.

Guests will have exclusive access to the complete villa, private swimming pool and gardens included with the daily staff: Concierge, Housemaid, Gardener and House attendant. Important Information:

- Electricity and gas are not included. We charge a 100US$ deductible deposit at check-in, the left over is returned as checkout after reading the meters.

- We charge a nightly extra guest fee of 20$ above 4 guests.

- Check-in window is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Early check-in and check-out cost 40$ and based on availability. After 7:00 PM only self service check-in.

As of June 1st 2020 we have been implementing an Enhanced Cleaning and Hygiene Policy.

Hidden Gem!!

What a gem of a property! Everything from the booking process, communication with the host and the actual house itself was amazing. We’ve already told our friends and family this is the BEST place to stay. I’m selfishly hoping it stays hidden

A beautiful view and pool.

This is a lovely property beautifully situated over looking the ocean. The process was really fantastic with lovely services provided by Carlos, The view from the terrace are really wonderful and the pool is good. Best things are Carlos and our cook, who came every day to make a lovely breakfast. I would only say as a small point that there are several steep drops making the place less suitable for small children.

Great Location & Hosts

The location of the house is probably about the best you can get in Las Terrenas. It sits on top of a hill toward the end of Las Ballenas beach in a quiet, guarded, and upscale neighborhood with around 6 to 8 houses. Although humidity is high as it is in most of the DR, there were surprisingly little mosquitos. Make no mistake there are some, but it's really not bad. We live in the Miami area and I would say it is worse here. House itself was impeccably clean and the hosts where always attentive and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.

A great place

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate Casa Valentine place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks even better than it does on the pictures. It’s literally a 4 minute walk to the beach, plus you get the view from the house. No test were required to enter DR and Carlos, the property manager, arranged for us the test for coming back. Super easy! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
