ZayLy Lodge: modern home with hot tub river views

We are a family of four living on the eastside of Seattle. We enjoy traveling with our kids and creating new memories. ZayLy Lodge is a custom built home in collaboration with WestCorp Construction out of Bellevue, WA. The name ZayLy is a combination of our kids' names. We were inspired by the Westcott's lodge in Leavenworth. Due to our kids' business schedules and our love to travel the world, we cannot spend every weekend in Leavenworth. We would like to have others experience the home and location that we love.

We bought the land due since it is one mile from downtown Leavenworth and close Stevens Pass and other recreational areas. We fell in love with the property since it is located on the Wenatchee River. There is easy access to the low bank backyard. Our young kids can easily walk into the river during the warm summer months due to the large rocks. This property is situated on one acre therefore our kids have room to run and play. In the winter time, they love spending countless hours playing in the snow. No matter the time of the year, all views from the home are amazing.

We built this home to share with family and friends. On any given weekend, we host 3 other families at the lodge. Each of the en-suite bedrooms are outfitted with Tuft and Needle memory form king mattresses. We also have a pack and play for guests to use if they have a baby. There are black out curtains in all of the bedrooms and bunk rooms to block the light out in the morning. The bunk room is outfitted with furniture from RH Baby and Child and a 70" 4K tv. The great room is separated from the sleeping quarters by a long hallway. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinnerware and Bosch appliances. The dinning table sits 10 while the bar sits 6 people. The kids table sits 6. There is a large lounging area outfitted with furniture from RH Modern. This is a unique property due to the time and care that we have placed in making it a luxurious yet casual home.
