One of the most amazing places we've stayed in Florida and we go every summer! The fact there no added pet fees and tons of restrictions on bringing your pets made it even better! Sitting in the sun room and watching dolphins every day was so peaceful and relaxing! Not in the middle of all the busy parts of Florida but close enough to the nicest gulf beaches! I would definitely recommend staying here! Im pretty sure we found our spot for every year now!

This may have been the very best stay that we have ever experienced!!!! Everything was perfect!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our birthdays here!!!!! We saw manatee, dolphins, caught catfish, relaxed with an amazing view. Location was perfect to everything we needed for our stay! Neighbors were friendly! Just a wonderful vibe!!!!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. We were only in town for a couple days, but enjoyed the chairs out by the water and the convenience to Bradenton and the interstate. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We were disappointed on a few things related to the property. It stated manatee and dolphin sightings are regular. The water was so black you could not see anything if you tried. It also stated use of the garage. The garage was full of items and could not be used. I tried contacting the host three times because the front door would not lock when we tried to leave for a while. She never responded but eventually the door started locking. The water pressure in the master bath was terrible. The view out the back window was very nice and the eating area overlooking the water was nice. The house did have some nice features but we would not choose to stay there again.

We adored the home and it met all our needs. Had a cat fish carnival with fishing and breezy days hanging out off the point even had a small fire for roasting marshmallows. Location was great for a family stay.

We travel with our dog. The property is not fenced in, but we knew that when we booked this home. We chose it for the view and that did not disappoint. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Lots of flea markets and antique shops to enjoy. Anna Maria's Oyster Bar is excellent and four minutes down the road (dog friendly)! It was a nice escape from the cold North.
